I had purchased this 2014 from Shottenkirks used. Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the inv Had it serviced many times. Today the battery was acting up. A little after 12pm on Saturday and staff got me right in to replace it and had the invoice ready to be paid in under 30 minutes. I now live in Illinois and was worried that the truck wouldn't start if shut off and where would I find anyone to install a new battery. My thanks to all who helped with the process! More

I stopped in with no appt. Having a problem with my truck screen not working (no radio no backup camera no nav) needing to drive to des moines in an hr.
