We had an emergency breakdown (lost a left front axle) on a road trip just outside of Sioux City. I called the Sioux City dealership as it was under warranty. This dealership said they could not get me in as they had no openings. I was stranded and was forced to go to a non-Ford repair shop and have the truck fixed. Then the 4WD went out. Managed to get it back home to my local dealership (Anderson Ford) and they are now saying the repair will not be covered by the warranty because the other shop used a non-OEM part! I paid $2K for the Premium Care warranty from the dealership!! FORD is a crooked outfit that does not stand behind it's warranty! Never again will I buy a FORD!!!

Automotive service is exceptional with Devon Miller. I have a new 2018 Ford Escape and my son a new 2019 Ford Edge and Devon was understanding when we had to reschedule our service time due to the weather. The automotive service center is brand new and awesome. Never seen one better. Was so impressed that I just bought a 2015 SE Ford Fusion for my other son from there. We were about to head out on a trip and wanted to have our vehicle inspected beforehand. Unfortunately, we didn't give Anderson-Weber much time from when we were leaving, but they were more than accommodating and fit us in. I was greeting while waiting in the lounge by numerous employees and in the face of this pandemic, it seems Anderson-Weber has a great handle on things. Thank you again and we'll certainly be back for service!

Dont go for an oil appointment they will have you wait an hour before telling your getting pushed back for appointment because there short on workers been going there for years the last 2 months going for oil appointment hasent happen because they dont know what there doing wont return. Wasted time
Repeated visits before issues resolved - smc2
Previous issue took multiple visits before they resolved the problem with the entertainment console. Twice, As I left the dealership, I could tell the problem wasn’t resolved and required yet another visit and time. It was as if all they did was let the truck sit in the shop for an hour. My most recent problem was the IWD check valve assembly which has a TSB on the issue. Clearly explained the grinding noise and what all signs were pointing to. But all they did was charge for diagnosing nothing and sending me on my way. I picked up the part and fixed it on my own. Am not sure what has happened with this dealership service area but it is not worth wasting the time.

One of many examples! Went for a test drive with service manager, he verified the complaint on the truck, scheduled follow-up appointment to get it fixed on Friday. Called Friday evening to check status on my truck sorry we never got to look at it the appointment was at 9:30 AM! Been dealing with this dealership for six months trying to get my truck fixed!

I had an excellent experience with Deery. As a college student and two and half hours away from home, I was very panicked when my car wouldn't work. Nick was very helpful and friendly as I called the dealership about ten times in a panic. I don't know anything about cars, so that's why I say the price is "OK" but the overall experience was awesome!

Very friendly service with little follow through for customer service. Truck has been back for the same issue 4 times with a total of 3.5 weeks in the shop. Very willing to fix anything else not related to the actual issue it was brought in for. The last time they tried to charge me $450 for a part that did nothing to fix the problem although they said it would. Had to leave work to bring in my second key to replace this part the day that they were supposed to have it done even though they had known they were replacing it for three days prior and hadn't bothered to tell me they needed it, but gaurenteed it would be ready by the afternoon. Three days later they said it was done. Basically called me a liar when I brought it back in for the same problem and questioned the bill the next day. I have had to contact them multiple times to see what is going on with my truck as they are poor at following up with me when they have information. They also have installed two faulty factory parts (not sure if installation error). If I wasn't getting multiple parts replaceed for free (as they don't fix the issue) I would not go back for any other service needed. Also was quoted a price for changing a fuel filter, once the bill came it was $100 more than the initial quote. They need some big changes in the service department.
