I love them I got a car 5 years ago and the car still have got mileage it havnt had to put a lot of work into it just a battery and starter and I keep my oil change up my car is almost paid off and hoping to buy another car from them around December 2020 but 5 stars from me

On the road Traveling through Kansas, battery in Taurus went kaput, called Pratt and in10 minutes they showed up, Jumped the car then we went to the dealer nd bought a new Motorcraft 750 battery, the dealer service was excellent. Folks in the area are lucky to have such a responsive dealer.

Highly recommend this Dealer. Quick and Painless. Brian Townsend in the Service Department was very effective and efficient coordinating our extended Mopar Service Contract with our purchasing Dealer. Inter-Dealership Communication was key and on point. Got us back on the road to the Ozarks with a complete Tune-Up, Radiator replacement, and all the trimmings. Very possibly could be back to see Liz in Sales for another Limited X! Way to go Reed Jeep! Keep it up!!!!

I can only speak for the service department. Both times I have gone for an oil change I was in and out within 30 minutes. For that alone I think they were great.

My experience started with Rusty Eck a Ford through the Service Advisor Glenn Williams because of his extreme professionalism and dedication to his trade, I came back to Rusty Eck Ford that week to buy another vehicle. Glenn told me that my vehicle would be started 5 days from the time I brought it in. I agreed and went and got me a rental. Instead for waiting 5 days, Glenn put me to the front of the line where they began my work right away. THAT is Customer Service! I’ll continue to use the services of Rusty Eck Ford because of Glenn alone.

Excellent service. They got the car in right away and the repair was done in about 30 minutes, including washing the car which I appreciate. Great people to work with and the service department is always friendly and helpful. No complaints at all. Larry Wiens
