Very easy-going staff. NO HARD SELL! I'd recommend to friend/family. Our time bumped against another appointment, but they were able to make time for all the paperwork. One downside: we were misinformed about the shop's ability to install necessary equipment. Instead we had to go to KC, and are still waiting for our appointment. More than a month will go by before I can drive my car. Not Selection's fault, but we would have planned differently had we known they couldn't install the equipment.

Steve Cain is one of the worst business managers that I've ever known, he's been screwing everyone over his entire careeer. Cable Dahmer will do much better when he is out. I would recommend the drive to KC, their sales is more honest, and doesn't have Steve trying to rip off customers. I bought 2 cars in a year, and tried a third until Steve got invovled. Then I went to an online seller and had an actual good honest purchase for a very similiar vehicle.

Benjamin was great to work with! He went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted and gave us a great deal on our trade in. We were very pleased overall except for a run in with the financial person. He blew off our concern of rat poop covering the motor of the car we were going to initially buy and then told us WE could buy a warranty for any damage the rat may have caused. Aside from that we were very happy with Benjamin and the GM.
