The sales service team at Infiniti are the absolute best. I live in NC and schedule my service appointments when I will be in Louisville. Anna and Bill have consistently earned my trust and respect over years of taking care of me as if I matter, not just as a customer but as a person. Because of them, I drove from NC to KY to purchase my new vehicle. Doesn’t get any better than that…and I’m not the easiest customer. I ask lots of questions and they patiently explain things in simple terms.

Purchased my first Infiniti with JB Connors 25 years ago and enjoyed driving it all these years. Recently I purchased the 2025 QX50 with JB's Assistance. I would like to thank Leonard Spencer, Joe Sullivan, JB Connors and the rest of the staff. I received excellent service. All of the staff went above and beyond to assist me in my purchase. Very friendly and respectful to their customers. I can't say enough about the way I have always been treated with the Infiniti staff. I appreciate that if I have any issues, I get the same treatment as if I was making a new purchase. Very easy and understanding to work with.
