Martin Kia takes excellent care of my car! Usually easy to get an appointment when you need one, and everyone is kind and courteous. They give good explanations for required service, they are just really good at what they do! Mechanics leave your car as clean as it was before service. I appreciate them for all they do!

I bought my 2015 Kia soul with 12 miles on it. This is my fifth recall. When I made this appointment I told them I wanted to add an oil change and I needed shuttle service. When I arrived today she didn’t have oil change down and I was told the shuttle service was unavailable. They offered to help defer the cost if I wanted to call and Uber. I am now sitting here waiting. If the shuttle service wasn’t available I should have been called and given the option to reschedule.

Got my oil changed there and less then 2 months later but before my next schedule oil change, I hear a noise so I spend 217 dollars and ask if they top off the fluids. With the response yes I drive away to learn 4 days later it was completely out of oil!!! They could have blew up my car and instead of making my car whole again they wanted to charge me another 75 dollars for their mistake!!!! Im discussed!! I didnt choose a corner garage to be treated and for them to act like they are one!!

Belts - Poor Service
Payed over 400.00 for all new belts. After 20,000 miles power steering belt came apart. They told me, sometimes you just get a bad belt. After 1 yr or 12,000 miles no warranty. Then they wanna replace it for another 107.00. Not even a prorate. That's my last Kia..

Everyone is very friendly. Clean waiting area is nice with courtesy drinks and snacks. TV to watch and magazines to look at. Close to restrooms.
