You want to know why, well it's because I was told it would be 24hrs to do the recall notice. It's been over 2 weeks and I still don't have my vehicle back. While the service department customer service is great, it lacks being truthful. Out of 3 calls and a promise to return my calls I've only receive one call back and that was 2 weeks ago. How can you trust when your continue being ignored.

First service on car since purchased from lot. - edward60

Josh the Service Mgr. helped with a brake problem that I had (self caused) and explained all area's that he checked. Serviced the back calipers & rotors and told me that our safety was his upmost concern. He said to let him know if any other brake problem arises. (All this at no charge) Morgan the Service Rep. was polite & courteous with help for all our questions. If you do not buy your next car from Select Auto you are missing out on great lasting relationship.

I took my Honda Civic in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service manager suggest I have the 25K mile service. My car has a 36K mile bumper to bumper warranty. The bill was $385.00. I was shocked. The less than 2 year old Civic had it's transmission fluid changed, brake fluid changed, a radiator flush and refill, brake inspection etc. These items were above and beyond the recommended maintenance on the Honda website and manual. My complaint was Herb Pistole, service manager, not disclosing this would be so expensive and not covered by my warranty. The quality of work was ok but excessive maintenance done. I tried to contact the dealership owner Mr. Sim Fryson. He had his assistant call me after I address a complain letter to him personal and confidential. I asked why Mr. Fryson would not call me personally, I was told he is a busy man. A less than 2 year old car should not be causing me stress. It has been over a week and the dealer has made no effort to correct this situation. I called two other local dealers. The price for 25K maintenance should be $89 to $119. I did contact Honda, the Kentucky Atty. General but have not yet received any response.

We bought a 2003 Honda Odyssey from this lot. The price was nice and the salesman was friendly. One week after the purchase the transmission started shifting hard. This has been a nightmare that they are making very difficult. They do not return phone calls, it is a cat and mouse game with this car lot. My husband and I are going to get stuck with a pricey service billl before we even make our first payment. There are much better lots out there and I have learned my lesson in dealing with small car lots.

12 hours from home, lights on dash, 9000 miles on a new truck. Dealer charged me to diagnose it. Claimed a 'rodent' ate my wire for the wheel speed sensor. Did not provide proof, just made declarations. It was clearly under warranty, and a known problem with these trucks. Not to mention a major safety issue. Dealer charged me over $463 for a warranty claim.

Customer service is an absolute joke. Never fixed my water leak (brand new camper) botched the washer and dryer install. Dropped my Solitude off in January, called in July and said it’s ready, go pick it up and washer and dryer not installed. Fast forward to August, told it’s ready, get there and washer is installed but not dryer. Throw a fit, dryer gets installed by a joke of a tech. Take it home and washer and dryer starts leaking. Notify service department and am told “we are sorry to hear this”. That’s it! End up fixing water leak myself and find out they never did actually fix the leak. This dealership and their service department is a joke. I will never recommend them. Actually in talks with the attorney general and a lawyer about the sorry excuse of a dealership.
