They were great at selling and not telling important details on a car that sat on a lot for 2yrs? Ive had my 2014 Passat tdi for a year and half, and in this time I've had 4-5 heater core is installed and one on the verge of going bad that I just had put in at Christmas and got it back , radio dont work, coolant lights gone off 2x.. I mean its just beyond ridiculous! They ruined my oil pan tried and made me pay $700 for a new oil pan they messed up( told me the threads wore out and did I take it anywhere else? ) . After I have something done there I can almost guarantee a week later that I'm going to have something else major go wrong with this car. I have spent more in repairs than what the car is even worth it's the biggest piece of crap I have ever owned I will never buy another Volkswagen I will never ever go back to Bachman, they rip you off in costs. And I do like the car, it drives great, has great handling and pic-up , looks nice and because of all this I just want it gone.

Took my daughters VW Jetta in with a battery issue. Had an appointment at 10:15 am, got it there at 10:00. Got a call after 5 PM saying it needed a new battery. Then was told it would be the next day before it would be ready. After doing busy with these folks for 30-40 years and buying 6 new cars from them, I felt this was a total slap in the face.

I would never recommend anyone to have their cars serviced here, very unprofessional manager (Joe) attempting to charge you for mistakes made by them. I ordered an additional key for my car, they programmed the key but while doing that, they disabled one of my original keys, and when I went back to have them reprogram the key they disabled, they wanted to charge me $120 to reprogram even though it was working before and they disabled it. Another time I went there to replace the rain sensor which is located inside the rear view mirror holder, 2 days later I was surprised to see the rear view mirror hanging in my car by the wires, and when I went back to ask them to fix it, they refused to do that with the excuse that my wind shield is after market one and I could've unhooked it myself. I know it was my fault to go back there after what they did to my key, but I just couldn't believe that they don't even have the decency to fix something they caused it, I cant describe more about the unprofessionalism and how incompetent the service is here, and how disrespectful the service manager is.

I have a 07 VW rabbit there were recalls on the transmission and just wondering what you could tell me about this I was just driving down the road and went to shift into 3 rd gear and it just made a Big Bang and now first and third are out and is having trouble going into reverse it just is not write so I got online and there are several recalls on this year and was going to see what u could tell me thank you

Let me start by saying the mechanics do quality work. No issues whatsoever with them. But, the service department has serious issues in the office.
I've had my vehicle serviced exclusively by Neil Huffman for years. This time was a NIGHTMARE. My TDI needed the emission modification and a wheel bearing. I made it clear 4 separate times that it needed the emission modification. I picked the car up and reiterated that they needed to close out the ticket so my claim could process.
Fast forward 3 days and I call 4 times to find out why it has not been closed out. No answer, no call back. The piss poor attitude of Dara and obvious incompetence is shown after I drive up to talk face to face. I am informed initially that they have one person who processes claims and she only does claims processing when she sees fit. I told her that I'd wait there until it was processed.
Dara leaves and some dude comes out and informs me that the emissions modification was NOT done. Then he proceeds to tell me that they were 3 weeks behind on warranty work and he could schedule me an appointment.
So, through either sheer stupidity, utter incompetence or just good ol' fashion laziness they arbitrarily decided to do the work that got THEM paid. But when it came to warranty work that would pay ME 5g, they couldn't be bothered.
