I had great service from start to finish, just about the whole staff was apart of my deal which was the best part because each and everyone of them had my best interest at heart! They make you feel welcomed and they will work twice as hard to make sure you leave with what you want!!! I’m so happy I brought my business here and is glad to be apart of the Rainbow family!!! Thanks Mr. Chad, Mr. Kenny, Mr. Don and last but not least Mr. Tyrone for dealing with me because I probably ran them nuts lol but I appreciate you all for everything!!!

I purchased a 2016 Mitsubichi Outlander. The manager, Jordan Mendez, was very upfront, honest and respectful. He Offered us a discount and the choice of a rebate or 0% interest. The purchase took us less than an hour (we had already test driven the vehicle and knew this was the model we wanted). I would definitely recommend a purchase from this dealership.

I'd love to leave a good review but I can't. I brought my car to them 2 months ago and they have yet to fix it. Every time I call to check up on it the service manager Beth is very rude. They never return my calls or every time I call they're to busy to speak with me. They aren't concerned with the fact that I have been without a car for this long and don't seem worried about how long they have had it. I do not recommend this place at all.. This is the worst experience I have ever had in my life with a dealership. If you're looking for a car go to Herbert's town in country in Shreveport and ask for rocky he will get you what you need in and out no doubt!

The Diamonte LS (mine is a 2001) 'eats' rear tires; within 8,000 miles the REAR tires become cupped. Mitsubish cars are factory equipped with GoodYear GA tires. Upon examination by a HAMPTON Mitsubishi Dealer, it was determined the TIRES were at fault; not the car!! GOODYEAR determined it was a Mitsubishi problem; not the tires! After rotating the tires from front to rear, the same cupping has occurred AGAIN!! Upon contacting MITSUBISH COPORATION in California, they indicated to me a SB (Service Bulletin) has been released to inform Owners that Mitsubishi is no longer equipping autos with GoodYear tires. THIS WAS OF NO HELP TO ME AT ALL!! I want Hampton Mitsubishi to finally take responsibility for a problem that should have long ago been taken care of by this Dealership. YOU HAVE IGNORED MY SERVICE REQUEST ON THIS MATTER FOR AS LONG AS IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!! This notice is being sent to EVERY Auto consumer advocate and reporter we can find!!! The Consumer should never have to take the brunt of a Dealer's responsibility; particularly while under warranty...YOU HAVE LOST MY BUSINESS!! Wes Billman
