This particular branch of Volvo has gotten particularly better since 2018-20. Lord knows the cars speak for theirselves but like the other reviews before me they needed an intervention on sales people and the manner in which they treat people that pull into their parking lot. I’m glad it’s on the rise. So far so good as of January 18 2021. We purchased another great vehicle from that dealership.

I love Holmes Mercedes-Benz of Shreveport and it's all because of NICK Malone. This was my first time purchasing a Mercedes and I drove from out of town to purchase the vehicle. Nick is very patient, honest, and professional. In all my years of purchasing a car, this was the BEST customer service that I've ever had. If I could give a rating of 10, I would definitely do so because he went above and beyond to make my car buying experience easy and stress free. I really appreciate my experience with the purchase of my new vehicle and will continue to purchase from this dealership. I highly recommend Nick and I look forward to my next experience. After a pretty negative experience at this dealership, the President called me himself and was unbelievably patient, honestly listened, and was generally remorseful. He fixed everything that initially was desired. I am very impressed with how he handled everything. Although it took a lot of frustration, in the long run this dealership proved itself to be honorable and withstanding. I highly appreciate this call and, if anyone is having a negative experience or questions that just don't seem to be getting answered, I advise them to ask to speak to the president himself or call the cardboard life sized guy (the owner) standing right inside the doors (I missed him which is why this ended up taking so long to get established). The owners name is Bob Giles and his number is 337-210-9020. Thank you again to the president who turned this very negative experience into a positive one. Now.... it's time to thoroughly enjoy that Subaru!

I just wanted to write a quick note to let you know that our experience at Holmes European Motors was a great one! My family usually only buys GM Vehicles due to our GM family discount but wanted something different this time. Elliot was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Jim Huggins also helped us and was very professional and helpful as well. These two members of your staff made us feel welcomed but did not pressure us to make any decisions. Many times I have had experiences where I have left a car lot and not purchased strictly because I felt very pressured or unimportant! This was not the case with our recent purchase. We plan to have our Volvo S60 for some time but when we do buy again we will come back to Holmes European Motors! We would like to thank Elliot, Jim and all the staff at Holmes!!
