I reached out to Morong-Falmouth to inquire about a specific vehicle. Ashley Treadwell got right back to me and went through different lease and purchasing options. When I went in for a test drive, Dan Dunham helped me out with getting me into the car I wanted without any sales pitch or pressure which was greatly appreciated. Jake Couch helped me understand the terms of the lease and patiently walked through the paperwork with me. The whole process took less than 2 hours and was quite easy. I'd recommend family and friends!

After being in touch with several other dealerships and finding ourselves frustrated by having to wait for a response, we called Thompson's, which is about an hour and a half from our home. Their internet salesperson answered the phone and was very helpful, being back in touch immediately, with an email detailing pricing on the car we inquired about. He followed up in a day, letting us know he had a car on the lot, so we went there for a test drive and ended up buying the car, feeling as if this was the best deal we would get on a car that had been difficult to find. He allowed us to take our time on the test drive and answered all our questions, yet we didn't feel pressured in any way. In addition, we really liked the way we didn't have to go through the gauntlet of offers on extras we weren't interested in. He also made a follow-up call to see how we liked the car. All in all, excellent customer service. We highly recommend this salesperson and dealership!

My Mazda CX-3 is if possuble even better than the excellent reviews which led me to purchase the vehicle in the first place instead of another Subaru. Its performance, styling and interior belie its reasonable cost and give much more expensive luxury vehicles a run for their money. It is truly awesome. But equally awesome was the attention, assistance, knowledgeability, professionalism and friendliness of the enfire staff at Varney. They made my purchase a real pleasure rather than the terrible experience often associated with car dealerships. Thanks to everyone - and thanks for my wonderful new Mazda!
Warranty Issue not Resolved. Unprofessionalism - Eric B
Took my 2015 Mazda in because rust was starting to show up on my hood under the paint bleeding through. They took pictures and said, "just a matter of paperwork to get this fixed because vehicle still under warranty". After 2 months of countless calls trying to get this resolved, I got the same answer "waiting for approval". Even after I tried to talk to a supervisor or manager who never called me back....I was eventually told that I needed to call Mazda USA myself.
So I called Mazda USA and they put me on hold and called the dealership. They could not get an immediate answer from Prime and Mazda USA called me the next day to only say the claim is being denied. I will never buy another Mazda!
Unbelievable, I love the vehicle but if I cant get it serviced and am treated this way after the sale then I have better choices. Too bad because they lost a loyal customer and anyone I talk to about my experience over a small issue that could have been resolved very quickly and inexpensively.

After dealing with a well known dealer in Bangor with my previous car, I was hesitant and unsure of how buying a new car would go. Paul Blouin Mazda in Augusta went above and beyond anything I expected! Brandon sells cars they old fashioned way, I felt like he was a long time friend more than anything. He was not the typical high pressure sales. He had all the information in my trade. He knew my situation and never promised anything he couldn't deliver. I got the car I wasn't sure I could afford for a very affordable price, my interest rate was cut in over half and the car is in MINT CONDITION. He worked out an amazing deal... He was honest with me throughout the whole process and it took less than 3 hours from start till finish. (Not all day) After contacting several dealers in the area, I felt the most comfortable with Brandon and I'm very glad I chose Paul Blouin Mazda. I didn't get a run around or have to deal with 4 different people. Thank you to Paul Blouin Mazda for everything. My parents were very impressed with how I was treated so they went down and got a new Mazda this week! I highly recommend Brandon O'Clair and the team at Paul Blouins. Thet have earned a life time customer with my family and I will spread the word to everyone I talk to.
Quality Dealership - Satisfied
I just bought my second car from Goodwin, and I do all of my service there. I have also used their body shop. They are prompt, courteous, and I've never had the impression that they were "running up the bill." I had a 2014 Traverse, and traded it for a 2018 Traverse-- a totally perfect vehicle for me. I was treated courteously and as a valued customer. I recommend them, and when I'm ready for a new Traverse, I'm sure I'll buy it from them. I'm not a fan of the outside team they bring in to run their sales events-- I want to deal with their employees, and Doug made that happen.
