I didn’t give you 5 stars simply due to the omission of what I feel should have been part of a 30,000 mile service on my 17 Colorado diesel. After picking up my truck and heading to a meeting in a neighboring town, I scrolled through the dash display to see if my diesel additive required filling. To my surprise as I passed over the fuel filter indicator it read 4% remaining.
I immediately called Goodwins service department and voiced my concern to the service representative. He was very helpful and had to research the situation, only to find that checking the fuel filter on a diesel was not part of a 30,000 checkup. Wow and having just spent over $500 I was somewhat miffed! Another appointment (and lost time on my part) as well as an additional $170 and I’m good to go. I’m seriously not falling the service department, nor arguing the cost, but I do feel Chevy ought to update the items checked on the diesel 30,000 mile check up’

After being in touch with several other dealerships and finding ourselves frustrated by having to wait for a response, we called Thompson's, which is about an hour and a half from our home. Their internet salesperson answered the phone and was very helpful, being back in touch immediately, with an email detailing pricing on the car we inquired about. He followed up in a day, letting us know he had a car on the lot, so we went there for a test drive and ended up buying the car, feeling as if this was the best deal we would get on a car that had been difficult to find. He allowed us to take our time on the test drive and answered all our questions, yet we didn't feel pressured in any way. In addition, we really liked the way we didn't have to go through the gauntlet of offers on extras we weren't interested in. He also made a follow-up call to see how we liked the car. All in all, excellent customer service. We highly recommend this salesperson and dealership!

My Mazda CX-3 is if possuble even better than the excellent reviews which led me to purchase the vehicle in the first place instead of another Subaru. Its performance, styling and interior belie its reasonable cost and give much more expensive luxury vehicles a run for their money. It is truly awesome. But equally awesome was the attention, assistance, knowledgeability, professionalism and friendliness of the enfire staff at Varney. They made my purchase a real pleasure rather than the terrible experience often associated with car dealerships. Thanks to everyone - and thanks for my wonderful new Mazda!

What an amazing service center. I was on vacation at the Beach Villa in Old Orchard Beach amd realized my breaks needed repair asap. I called and asked to be seen on a Saturday n have done what was needed to get us home safe n that is exactly what they did amd told me what was needed when i got home.
