Service and Quality of work was positive, but the pricing and additional scope of work was unreasonable. I realize that with premium brands we’ll see high prices, but this is beyond that. An oil change turned into $6k+ of recommended work. Another dealership looked at vehicle and came up with none of the same recommendations. Cabin air filter change is $20part and 5-10 minutes to install with a screw driver, this dealership quoted me $658 for that job. As I said, I’m OK with premium, this is unrealistic.
