I truly appreciate IRA Honda and I am, and will remain, a loyal customer. That said, I had an appointment today to have two light bulbs replaced and the job wasn't completed in a timely manner. I was waiting at the dealership for 90 minutes. This seemed excessive for the replacement of a low beam headlight and a rear brake light. It was obvious the service department was busy - a good sign for sure - but I had an appointment and I don't think the job should have taken 90 minutes. All of that said, I will remain a loyal IRA Honda customer and will likely buy my next car from them. Today, however, was a long wait for what to me seemed like a small job.
