The entire service was very good, exceptional; but so far they have NOT solved the problem with my vehicle. I replaced a tire with a new one, and the screen still shows that there is low air pressure in that tire and the others. I am still waiting for them to call me so we can resolve the problem I have.

I scheduled an appointment with #jaguarhuntvalley for a vehicle inspection. Jonathan, aka “Yoni”, was my service representative. He provided excellent customer service by answering all of my questions and supporting me with getting the services needed for my new vehicle. Unfortunately, I did not pass my inspection the first time around but Yoni talked me through everything I needed to get done which helped to make it a seamless process. I was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes for my re-inspection. Thanks Yoni!
