Very pleased with my service experience. They took me right away with no appointment even thought it was almost EOD on a Friday. Must be some sneaky bombs in the service department cuz my oil change got done SO FAST!!! 10/10 thank you so much!

When this dealership recently switched over, the service really suffered. I had an oil change back in April and just found out they “forgot” to put a crusher washer back on - resulting in my oil leaking for 4 months. Hopefully everything is going to be okay (Did I mention I waited almost 2 hours and all they did was put it on and add oil?). Also - when I got home I noticed on my paperwork, “complimentary vacuum and wash.” Second time they said this when I went in for service but second time they most certainly did not vacuum my car. Not even sure what that’s about.

If you have a BMW DO NOT GO HERE. I'm sure they are fine for Audi and Volkswagen. There are plenty of places that specialize in BMWs. This is not one of them.

The service team did a great job on my detail. Murdoch has been diligent about trying to get my car play working again and to figure out if it’s an Apple issue. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to resolve any issues.
