I purchased a 2005 Nissan Sentra in early December, 2012 which a friend found on-line and felt it was the car I had been looking for. The car seemed to be good but developed a starting problem. Brought car back on 2 occasions once when battery was replaced, then returning as the problem continued, and had to leave it overnight while it was brought to Nissan dealer to pinpoint problem and was recommended that fuel pump be replaced. After replacing the fuel pump which, was not a favorable solution for them, the car has had no further starting problems. I am grateful to Dominic, the service technician, who decided to take on the responsibility in changing the fuel pump anyway as the car is now starting right up each and every time. However, purchasing this car in Watertown was probably not a good idea as I am from Danvers and traveling to Watertown was a long, unfamiliar trip which my friend had to accompany me on as he was more familiar with the area. Due to our work schedules this was an inconvenience to both of us. It is too bad that the car could not have been serviced at a local dealership. However, after all is said and done I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wanted to purchase a car in Watertown, despite the starting problem I had, as I feel the service technician, should you require one, was very determined to solve whatever problem that may have occurred with the performance of the car.
