It is rare to find a business that stays consistent over the years, but Foley Motorsports delivers every time! I had Gino Catalina find me the exact vehicle I wanted and my sales person Nick Webster kept me updated the whole time. Then once it came in, Jon Joseph did the financing and it was quick and easy. The experience was just as good as the first time! Going back to a place you trust makes buying a car stress-free. I will definitely come back for my next car and my next car after that!

Guess who's back!!!!! Yup I am, now on my sixth car at North End, What can I say I don't even consider any other dealer for a used cars. Why go to the rest when they are the best. When I go there I don't feel like a customer I feel more like a friend they have always been so great to us. If your in the market look no further than north End motors you will not be sorry, then again maybe you will if you don't take a six time owners advice. When I arrived at the counter, the woman working there saw me but didn't ask how she could help or even say good morning—and the same went for the staff processing payments. However, a little later, Tim Inslip arrived and assisted me with such kindness and professionalism. When I brought my car in for my last maintenance service, I did not request certain details that may have improved the car’s functionality and appearance. When I got the car back, I saw that although I had not mentioned them, they went over the car with a fine tooth comb and delivered the car in perfect condition. Mercedes-Benz of Boston is the best!!

Car was completed at appointment time. Very punctual. I waited and everything was completed in estimated time. Customer Service was excellent. No high pressure trying to upsell. Although it was warranty work, I’m not impressed with hourly labor rates if I need work not covered.

My family purchased multiple vehicles from Wellesley Toyota for a generation. All the maintenance works had been done in the same place. I even met and talked with the old owner many years ago, who is a very nice gentleman. For each service, I always gave a 5-star mark, although occasionally there had been blunders. But this time, I had to give a 4-star, not because of the quality of the service but because of the integrity to some degree. I had a car battery which reached the end of the life when shopping at Costco this year (2026). So, naturally I bought a new battery from there as a replacement. The US-made battery, group size 35, type compatible, is one inch taller than the original Japanese-made battery (which I did some research work). I had to use a wire and some threads to tie it to prevent it from moving, as a temporary solution. In the past 3 decades, I did this multiple times because understandably an original battery would last only about 8 years (at least in the old days). But this time, to my surprise, the service description said "hold down hardware broken being held in unsafe manor, replaced hardware, now secure". What they actually did was removing the original battery tray underneath to offset the 1-inch difference so the battery can be secured using a screw, the so-called hardware. Since the pandemic, and the inflation, understandably business became more difficult to make money. But the old value of being honest should still be preserved. And I do believe it is very important to the business in the long run. Personally I like this dealership very much. That is why I am willing to spend time typing this review.

I have had an excellent relationship with Falmouth Toyota since 2011 when I bought a new Prius from them, and had it serviced every 5000 miles. It was an excellent car., but the axle broke and. I decided to replace it. I wanted to buy from them because the product and service was so exceptional. I called , saying that I needed to buy a car and the operator gave me salesman Ronnie Skahfeiden. He hung in there with me and found me a 2026 Prius which I am very happy with. Thank you Ronnie! And I also want to thank Derek Ditmars who sat in the car with me and my 2 friends who drove me there and explained all the new tech features in the car. He did an outstanding job! Thank you to the whole dealership for their excellent service.
