I bought a Toyota Corolla from Ted's, a very nice car. The sellers are very nice. Just one problem. I asked if they would take care of a couple of scratches on it, and leave the used bottle of paint in the car. They agreed. I went to pick it up and the scratches did not appear to be repaired, and no paint. Other than that, they have been a pleasure to do business with.

Thank you Kam, Ray, and Ace for making the purchase of the BMW 750i a pleasurable experience. Give Webster Auto Sales a chance to earn your business. At the time of purchase there was no pressure to buy from their end. From my end I traveled close to 1000 miles to their dealership, and they fully accommodated all my requests without any problems. I had a surprise independent inspector come and inspect the vehicle for me without any problems before I purchased the car. These guys are honest, and willing to back up everything they say with proof, such as receipts for repairs. Prices are some of the lowest in the country, and you get more car with options than you pay for! If you have a problem with something I suggest you call, or visit them first and let them resolve the issue for you. Kam is a very reasonable man, and will stand by his word 100% of the time. He backs his word by putting everything in writing. I purchased this car in July of 2013, and I have not had any issues with this car to date. Thank you again guys for the no hassle, pleasurable buying experience, and I look forward to purchasing from Webster Auto Sales in Somerville, MA again!

We bought a car for our daughter to go to college. The wheel looked bent last week. Our mechanic couldn't take it until today, day 29. Mike says because it passed inspection it's not his problem. My mechanic says the frame is broken. Filing a complaint with AGs office. To be continued.

The entire transaction from arrival to driving off the lot in our new vehicle took just over 2.5 hours! It's very terrible Paul can sell people very dangerous cars. He will turn rude and deny the things wrong. He will say what do you expect from a used car. I expect the wheel to be attached by more than rust. The brakes non existent . The frame was broken in four places. Took it to get inspected they told me they couldn't let it leave because it was a deathtrap.

Scammers! Said they fixed car while under warranty brought it to them twice and 8 months later same issues are now worse and they will not help!! Left the service center in tears when they told me I would have to pay for the part and they would “do me a favor” and not make me pay labor. Now I have to come out of pocket to fix issues in a car I purchased less than a year ago.

Personable nice folks. I was in love with my car then the transmission failed, that was gollowed by being told if I replace the transmission the whole car would fall apart due to rust damage and we would be paying higher than the car cost to make it drivable again.
