I have had all my Mercedes service done at Betten for the last decade. Always excellent, timely, and professional. The reason I’m writing this review is because of an outstanding service experience yesterday. My 2017 E class with 70,000 miles looks brand new, show room clean from an amazing detail. From from the engine compartment to the trunk to every nook and cranny of the interior the detail was pristine. It’s like having a new car. I couldn’t be more thrilled.

This was by far the worst oil change service I’ve had in my life I bought my Mercedes E3 50 from the Novi location and when It hit 36,000 miles I decided to get a oil change at the Bloomfield Hills location because it’s closer to my house After the three hour long oil change seen some scratches on the vehicle Rick and Greg told me that the scratches were already there even though they weren’t and told me that they do a complementary wash after an oil change changeAnd that they clean the brushes every eight months and there was no way it could’ve scratched my black Mercedes anyways I got really upset and told them I was going to sue them and get them fired so Rick and Greg called the police secretly to try and get me in trouble they were very conniving trying to tell me they were going to fix it at first to keep me in the dealership while they called the police I feel like they profiled me rick and Greg told the officers when they came that I was threatening them and pulled a gun on them the police took a report and left I was banned from the Dealership by the police after this ordeal I would not recommend this place to nobody 👎🏻

I made an appointment for Monday Aug 10,2020 9:00 AM for A-service which is just oil-change.
they took my car and they said it will take just one hour. I took their shuttle and came back home. I went to dealership around 1 PM and they did not even start working on the car.
I came back home and they called me at 4 PM the car is ready I went to dealership to and pickup the car and pay $230 for just an oil change. I asked to do brake pedal adjustment and issue on reading flush memory that they did not even bother to take care of . when I came back home and open compartment. I saw all face mask I have there are dirty and greasy.

After almost 45 yrs as a Ford Motor Co worker, my father is being treated like xxxx from this dealership. He brought his F150 - that he purchased from this dealership - for work that should have been covered under warranty, as well as car rental (that he was paying extra for, only paid for three days of rental) - it is now lawn ornament as he cannot drive it. When he starts it, sounds like it is about to blow up. And they insist that he is at fault, and as I repeat, the truck is no longer drivable. Matt (Fox Ford employee) told my father that call the next day with information and well over a month later he has yet to receive a call (which is complete xxxxxxxx, he has the phone records to prove he called with no return calls). Since Fox Grand Ford wouldn't fix the problem they caused, my father had to pay for his truck to be towed to his house, an hour from the dealership. If this is the way they treat a retired long time, hard working assembly worker - imagine how they treat their other customers. So, due to now paying for an un-drivable pick up truck sitting in his driveway - he had to go buy/lease another vehicle, from the dealership in Cadillac.

I had Steve’s work on my Lamborghini Murcilago and they did a fine job and a lot less than the dealership would have charged but besides that they kept me well informed ! I just brought them my Mclaren 650 s and they did an outstanding job ! All the employees are top notch and well educated to take on these projects . And my man Steven up front the best and I’ve had a lot of cars and custom cars but he ranks at the top !! Well done all David Karpelenia
