I found the Novi Mercedes Benz to be very accomadating with getting my car in for service.
JON ATWELL keeps me up today when my car needs to be brought in. The customer service has been very good since I purchased my car in 2104. I will be purchasing with them again. I am a customer service type person, good service keeps me coming back.
Jon was kind, courteous and very helpful with my bent (pot hole) rims. Makes me want to trade in my 550 e coupe for a 2018 e 400 coupe! Knowing I can always trust service doing the right thing. Mercedes forever!
Per usual, MB Novi Service Dept, offered excellent customer service. Easy check in, quick service A and brake/rotor inspection, washed and returned in little over an hour.
Everyone is always friendly and accommodating. I drive 45 min to get here for the service, even though there’s a dealership about 10-15 miles from my house.

I was waiting on immediately upon arrival. I did not have a scheduled appointment, therefore I could not receive immediate service to my car. I was told that a diagnostic test was needed to determine the problem. However, I was offered a ride home. By the time I arrived home, the diagnostic test was complete and I was informed of the service needed. All was done in a satisfactory amount of time.
