My service advisor was responsive and kept me updated on the status of my car. Surprisingly, the repair was completed before the initial estimated date I was given. The loaner car that the dealership gave me while I was waiting for the repair to be scheduled was also nice. However, at times communication with the dealership seemed a bit inefficient. In one instance, my service advisor had no access/idea of the information I was given by the representative I talked to on the phone nor the information that I had already given the dealership. The information included basic details like car type (make, model, year), the type of repair, and the service cost estimate. (Though, in this specific scenario, I’m willing to believe that this not necessarily caused by the carelessness of the staff that I worked with, but rather some systematic issue in the dealership’s record keeping process.) Overall, I had a satisfactory experience at this dealership and certainly will be returning for future service requests, despite a few strange moments.
