Dealership - JP
One of the best places I have every shopped for a new vehicle. Friendly, informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. Assistance with service on purchase of new vehicle when needed was great.

I went to this dealership to look at 2 used cars for sale. One was already sold so Mac brought out a Ford Taurus. Took it for a test drive and as I started to accelerate the car started shaking very bad. I can"t believe they had this car for sale. Back at dealership, I informed Mac of problem with car. He said he wasn't aware of problem. I would stay away with this place!!!!
I spent a lot of money with them about a month ago... - pre9120
I spent a lot of money with them about a month ago getting a new engine and transmission. I never argued about the price, I never hesitated when they told me I needed something extra installing these. I paid half up front as requested and then the balance the day I brought the truck home. Before bringing it home, I told the guy who took care of everything that the truck needed to pass inspection in April and I needed them to check it over and make sure it would. I was told it had gotten a 120 point inspection by one of their GM trained technicians and that everything was fine and all I needed to do was drive and enjoy it. Yesterday I took it to them to be inspected after less than 1000 miles and was informed that the ball joints all need replaced as well as two front tires that were damaged because of the ball joints and it was going to cost approximately $1000 to do this. Either they lied about the first inspection, didn't do the inspection as stated or the technician is incompetent. Now that they lied about that, I am wondering what other things are not as they said in the replacement and servicing of the rearend and transfer case.
I live in Denver but found the exact Chevrolet Tahoe I... - Snickelfritz
I live in Denver but found the exact Chevrolet Tahoe I wanted at Roberts Pontiac GMC inc. located in Kansas City MO, so I spoke with them to find out about the cars condition. By the end of week on Friday we had agreed on a price and that I was going to drive out the following day Saturday and pick it up. So I left denver 5am after driving for eight hours I received a phone call from the sales man at the dealer telling me that the car was there but he was not going to be in but his manager Frank would take care of me. I told him that I was two hours out and looked forward to closing the deal and finally getting the Tahoe. So I drive two more hours pulled up to the lot and there it was the car I had been looking forward to getting for the last ten hours I had been driving. I go to the sales building and introduce myself to Frank. Frank said to me "what car are you here for?", I said "the Tahoe", next he said something that I could not believe. Frank said "I just sold that one" points to a desk and says "they're filling out the paper work now". So after driving 10hrs to get there he tells me that he just sold the car that we had already agreed on a price for. The car that he had spoke with me about on the phone 2hrs before when I told them that I was almost there. Frank pretty much tells me tough $H!T, and walks away from me with out saying anything else. So the dealer could not wait one hour till I got there. Oh yeah I saw how much the lady who got the car paid and it was $1k more than the dealer had agreed on with me some car dealers and there employees are just trash.
