Buying experience - RVbuyer
We purchased a new RV from St. Louis RV. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire experience. We would recommend them to any RV buyer.
New Purchase - Tracy
We worked with Milton McDonald - Super Happy with his efforts and communication through our search and purchase process. In addition to him being great to work with, the financing was a breeze as well - originally was pre-approved through another lender and CW was able to meet our rate.
Overall, wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend them!
Knowledgile, kind an quick service - andiemoose
Friendly, patient service. Great staff. Shannon is great!! She knows her products and was able to help us find exactly what we were wanting within our price range!~
Made it right - treadmarked
Purchased a used 2015 CrossRoads 8/10/19. By 3am on 8/11 it was leaking rain water badly from multiple locations.
Contacted my salesman and Barb in service. They offered to seal the camper.
I elected to return it and purchase a new 2020 model.
Byerly rescinded the sale, took the defective camper back and sold me a new unit, and didn't charge me any "setup" fees.
This is my second rv purchase at Byerly and I will happily return when it's time for another.
Great staff - oliver
We really liked the sales person Don Slough very personable. And really liked the Sales Manager Justin was easy to like , made you feel you were the only one there, and never felt you were hurried. Thanks to all we worked with. Gaylord & Susan Pace
They sold my parents a lemon - KevinNWA
My parents worked very hard to get to a point where they could purchase a new RV. It's the one thing they've been passionate about as long as I can remember. They finally get one and it's a lemon. Their 2018 Forest River Georgetown has literally spent more time in the shop than it has on the road. They have had to cancel four planned trips. And now a trip that they have saved for years to go on with their friends is in danger because "Reliable" (get the oxymoron?) can't seem to get parts in to fix this brand new RV they just sold them. What's worse is that they won't even lift a finger to try to help them trade out of it.
