Horrific customer service. Sold us a lemon in April. After repeated promises to order replacement parts and fix broken components, they didn't deliver. We missed the ENTIRE summer of camping because of their delays. We finally took it out only to run into major safety issues (that would have been fixed if they actually did what they said they would). Camper is now unusable as it is. Their "warranty" won't cover anything and the team keeps passing the buck. Don't trust them! You'll regret it.

If there were a 0 stars option I would choose that one. Buying process was ok. I bought a year ago. Service department is the worst I have ever seen. No communication whatsoever and they have had my rv there for over 3 months. If you’re considering buying an Alrstream there, BUY ELSEWHERE. I promise you’ll regret it if you buy one here.
