We decided to look else were for a car. Customer service was bad. Come to find out that this lot ran my credit 16 times. This is outside the three times they told me that it will be ran. To make it better it was ran after we told them no thank you we will look else where. Don't go to this lot yes everyone is going to get credit approve if you run it 16 times.

Bought A Ford Ranger. Went to test drive it was told the water pump was out. Pat The sale's Manger told me they were going to fix it.after a week I was called to come get it .on the way to get tires that would never pass a State Insp. The heater never got warm but saw steam coming out from under the hood. as I was pulling in to tire shop. the guys at tire shop showed me water dripping off the from the drivers side Header . Called them on Tue left msg. with no reply .Stop by this morning Talked with Pat. and his reply was He would tell The Owner. Have had the truck 7 days. Am also meeting with the State of Missouri So that a Insp can be done. And the shop thet did the Insp can Be shut down Today is 3-14-12 and I still hove no truck as i was told I would and have turned this over to my Attorney and the State of Mo.
