Everyone that I dealt with was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had. They took extra time to find a warranty that was best for me, and never did I feel like I was being pushed in a certain direction. I never felt rushed. It was such a pleasurable experience from the moment we stepped onto the pre-owned car lot. Vito was the best sales representative and was knowledgeable about all of the vehicles we wanted to review. He walked us through each vehicle, answered our questions, pointed out unique items on each SUV and then had them pulled around so we could test drive them. There was no hurry up or rushed feeling. Vito was there when we needed him and let us have time alone to discuss the vehicles and test drive them fully. Once we locked in on the SUV we wanted, it was an easy process from that moment to the finance office to close everything. My wife had not eaten yet, so Vito even provide her a protein bar to help her hunger pains as we were going through the final steps. Sam, the Finance expert, was a pleasure to work with. No hard sale tactics, just knowledge about the process. So great to go through this experience without pressure tactics or upselling antics. Truly a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

My wife and I stopped in to inquire about a new 2027 Corvette Grand Sport. We were promptly greeted and immediately handed off to Joe Meador. From there, Joe walked us through the whole build and we were able to nail down the configuration quickly. Joe was able to get us all the answers we needed and got us in line for my shiny new GS. To all of our surprise, it was completed in nearly record speed! It was under 2 months from talking to Joe and having my new Vette delivered to the National Corvette Museum. I am very happy with the service and treatment I received from Joe and Weber Chevrolet as a whole! I would highly tecommend Joe and Weber especially for custom Corvette builds! I'm also looking forward to a long relationship with the service department in keeping my new baby in top form. I expect the same level of service will be apparent with their mechanics as well!

We stopped by Pappas to look at a particular vehicle and Ryan Lauer went over all of the vehicle details with us and let us take one for a test drive. I wasn't really thrilled with the vehicle afterwards and, based upon what I told him I was looking for in a vehicle, Ryan suggested we take a Land Cruiser out for a drive. The drive sold me on the vehicle, but unfortunately none were in stock. Ryan was able to find the exact vehicle we were looking for that was inbound for the dealership and we put down a small deposit to lock it in for us. Ryan did a great job of keeping us up to date on where the vehicle was in the delivery process. Once it came in, Pappas gave us a very fair price on our trade-in. Ryan walked us through all of the vehicle's features and hooked up my smartphone for me. Brett made the finance process painless... in the past, at other dealerships, it has made us feel like we were being held hostage or were sitting through a timeshare pitch. The entire process has made us huge fans of Pappas and we will definitely check with Pappas (and Ryan) first for our next new vehicle purchase.
