Ryan was great to work with. I knew what I wanted when I went in and it was appreciated that Ryan wasn't there to upsell or move me into something we didn't want. This was our second new car from Pappas and Ryan could sense that. So it was very non pushy and easy from start to finish on a car Ryan tracked down (being built). We waited 4 weeks before the car would be ready. What I was impressed with was how much he new of the instruments in the in the new car. I already had a car with the same instrument panel but my wife was a little more unfamiliar with it. Ryan was awesome at breaking everything down and going through every option on that car.
