Their parts department is HORRIBLE with no customer service, does not stand behind their product, and is the worst at communicating. The rest of the staff is great, not sure how they keep that manager employed???

I was reluctant to work with Rimrock based on the number of negative online reviews I read across multiple sites. However, they had the model I was looking for at a very reasonable price, so I worked with Luke to arrange the purchase. I first contacted Rimrock on a Monday, and after a few emails and phone calls to sort out the details, I flew into Billings on Thursday and was in-and-out of Rimrock with my new Stinger in under an hour. Everyone was incredibly friendly. I discussed their online reputation with a number of their employees, and the word is that there was a crew brought in from out of state to operate the dealership. It was this group of employees that really ran down Rimrock's reputation. Most of the employees there now have been moved over from other dealerships or have returned to Rimrock to "right the ship." I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I like my Kia Sorento but the service is very poor I’m soo disappointed until now my car still set there. My work and my daughter that I drive going to school suffered on this winter season. I’m sorry Kia billion but this is true u need to improve the service. I like Logan my salemam very helpful.

I was there to get a quick recall done to my kia soul. I was assured it would only take 1 hr. I waited for 3 hrs...finally I went and asked how much longer and they said "45 min, it's almost done". Exactly 45 min later a guy came out and said they were not able to do the recall at all. So there was a massive lack of communication and they lied. Never did anyone offer me any explanation or even an oil change. I went to billings kia and they were awesome! I would recommend them over butte anyday. I have told all my friends as well. This was not the first issue I had with the dealership either but I wanted to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!
