They replaced my breaks and tires. Breaks were making noise since driving off the lot after the service. Drove back 120 miles from my home back to them so they could fix the noise- now my breaks are making the original noise as well as a new high pitched one.
In addition, no one was wearing a mask or social distancing either time I was there. This is incredibly disrespectful to their customers and the medical community, we’re in the middle of a pandemic.
Gave them an opportunity to fix the problem they created, which they did not and they are likely spreading COVID19. Also, very expensive for this terrible work. Will never be going back here or recommending this company. Stay away!

I was there to get a quick recall done to my kia soul. I was assured it would only take 1 hr. I waited for 3 hrs...finally I went and asked how much longer and they said "45 min, it's almost done". Exactly 45 min later a guy came out and said they were not able to do the recall at all. So there was a massive lack of communication and they lied. Never did anyone offer me any explanation or even an oil change. I went to billings kia and they were awesome! I would recommend them over butte anyday. I have told all my friends as well. This was not the first issue I had with the dealership either but I wanted to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN!
