These guys are amazing. I took my brother's car in for a recall while visiting from out of state. These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. I don't think I've ever said that about a car dealership before. They gave us directions, advice, and bikes to use while we waited. It couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. Two recent recall notices were handled expeditiously for us. The navigation update involved more time. Since we were from out of town, a rental was and they called when the update was finished . Always treated with respect and courtesy.

This car dealership has awful customer service. Today I went in to the service department, received horrible customer service, spoke to the general manager, and received another healthy dose of horrible customer service.
Just go to another dealer to buy your car. The Subaru dealers in Helena and Spokane will beat this dealership's price all day long and other service departments won't heap on the poor service.
This dealership hasn't been taught the fundamental lesson that the products are all the same. The only thing that makes a business different is superior customer service. Run away...don't walk.

We live 110 miles from Great Falls and Bob Anderson did everything possible to have everything organized and ready to go when we arrived. He even stayed after hours waiting on us because we ran into construction on our way. A huge thanks to Bob and Greg for everything they have done to get us home with the truck of our dreams. They even bought and mailed us a spare key fob because ours did not come with one.
