I had a great experience with Woodhouse. We purchased a 2002 CT4 from Ohio without visiting the dealership in person. Jordan was quick and responsive and answered our questions. The finance team for the documentation was efficient and responsive as well. We were looking for unique color combination, so a local purchase wasn't possible for us. From browsing on Sunday, to making a deal with Jordan on Monday, and the car being delivered to our driveway on Thursday for a reasonable delivery fee-- Jordan and Woodhouse made this super easy. I took my car to Midway Chevrolet to have an oil change and tire rotation after having a bad experience at another dealer. They also did a complete check up and found a filthy cabin filter. I was very pleased with the service department. I liked the fact that when I drove in to the service department they had my appointment on an electronic board and I got in right away. All the employees that I talked to were very friendly. Midway Chevrolet is my go to place from here on!

Worst dealership ever! - amygreving

Worst dealership ever!! Ordered a brand new Yukon Denali in January of 2022 with absolutely no contact from the dealership even though we left messages with the salesman for updates. Continuously saw new vehicles, just like the one we ordered, drive off the lot. Decided to go to a different dealership in January of 2023 and as of today 4/1/23 our new Yukon is getting ready to be shipped to the new dealership. Will NEVER go to Dinsdales for anything ever again!!
