They tired very hard but where unable to fix the issue. It is intermittent and very hard to fix something that is not broken when you bring it in. The issue happen again on my way out to AZ where the Blazer is now. The issue is not a Show stopper but I will get it back in again when it backs to Iowa, a couple months.
Jeff , in service is still The Greatest and was most helpful. They just couldnt find the problem. As I said above, it was working when I brought it in.......................
Saturday Service Center - JKL
After experiencing mechanical issues during a cross country road trip from Utah to Tennessee in our recently purchased diesel pickup, we can't express how grateful we are that Husker GMC was the closest option for diagnosis & repair. We arrived moments after the service center opened on a Saturday, and the employees went right to work looking for the issue so we could be on our way again. Unfortunately, the main diesel mechanic was off for the weekend, but another mechanic Jorge, willingly stepped in and did his best to remedy the situation. The service advisor Marty was exceptionally helpful and responsive despite how crazy busy the service center got throughout the day. We were back on the road within just a couple of hours, but all was not well and we had to turn around after 40 miles and go back because of another issue. Now it was getting close to the end of their day, and we were worried that we would be stuck in Lincoln until at least Monday. They got right to work looking for the new problem, and although we were the last people out the door that afternoon, we can honestly say that what could have been a really exasperating, miserable day ended up being totally ok in the end. We were treated with the utmost care and respect, and Marty made sure all of the problems were resolved so we didn't have to wait until Monday or rent a car to continue our trip. Jorge came out and shook our hands and explained exactly what the problem had been, and reassured us. These people know how to treat their customers and really go above and beyond!

We were on our way to Epley so our daughters could return to here homes in Texas and North Carolina when our Diesel Pick-up Indicated the DEF was needing to be changed or it would only have so many miles we could go before it would start its descent in the miles per hour we could go. Big problem, maybe could have made it to the airport but definitely not back home. No time to go on to Lincoln to rent a car. Luckily we were still West of Wahoo. We called our friends at Sid Dillon in Wahoo and they went above and beyond....When we arrived at the dealership, they had a car ready for us. By the time we switched the luggage, paperwork was signed and we were on the road again. Our daughters made their flights in plenty of time. We stopped back on our way home and made arrangements for them to fix the truck. We were able to keep their car until it was done the following week. Thank you Nick and other sales people who made the pick-up/car exchange so quick as well as the Service Department for a timely repair job.

I just returned from what should have been the first of many visits to DuTeau Subaru considering I just purchased a 2005 model. It was instead my last visit. I simply visited the parts dept. I would have been fine with the fact that they couldn’t yet get my requested part. However, the fact that the 2 gentlemen working the parts counter couldn’t even bother to GET UP to speak to me spoke volumes. Had I been 22 and blonde, would that have been the case? Truly, what a slap in the face.

My car was brought in for rail dust removal last Friday. It was not done to our approval. Scott Turnquist contacted me and I took it back in Wednesday. I picked it up today and I’m happy with the results. He answered all of my questions and I’m happy with their work.

I had an accident. Didn't have a phone number with me so I emailed the owner, Bob Copple. He immediately called me. He offered to send his guys to where I was with a loaner. His staff was extremely courteous and pleasant. I was stressed and frazzled and upset and it was so reassuring to get taken care of so well. He's a great guy, he runs a great dealership and I so appreciate him and his staff.

I bought a chevy cruze a couple years back. I love the car salesman. But the service center is the worst experience i will ever have. My abs light is on and i have a reader so i know what the code is. I went there to see how much it would be to fix it and the guy that i always have to talk to didnt give me any information. He just gave me an excuse and sent me on my way. So i decided to to to another auto shop. And i told them the code, he looked up the code for me and told me how much it would be. I will never go to deteau service shop ever again. The guy i worked with answers the phone and is bald. If you have to talk with him. Dont. Talk to someone else.

First off we bought from another dealer, and were promised the moon with this car purchased, turned out it had bomb of an engine, with it's configuration. And it did what the previous dealer set it up to do, it blew after owning it for two weeks. We are incredibly luck to have harchelroads GM performance garage right here in town. We took our highly modified 06 GTO to Cody Jantz, not only did he explain what happened to our motor, but why it happened. So many things we're wrong, I felt defeated and stupid, he explained why it wasn't our fault, and started building a plan to move forward, he helped us speak with the powers at be, to secure finances to pay for all this work about to be done to fix our dream car. I feel as though everyone at this dealership is there to help, Cody Jantz explained things about our LS setup on a level we didn't feel stupid, and we could walk away with an understanding of the process, alot of choices were made for this case each time, he explained our choices, what we needed and why he suggested this course of action, so you there customer are in charge of your build, but it's really easy to make educated answers to things, we knew nothing about, but Cody was there for us every step of the way, never complained about our questions, always stayed in contact, involved us in every decision. We would highly recommend Harchelroads Chevrolet to anyone, customer service here is "your number one", thank you to Cody and the performance shop guys and gals; thanks for Sid for handling our issues and putting Cody at our finger tips. Buying a car, or servicing a high h.p. ride like we did, this is your spot.

I would never go here again. They lied up and down to my wife in the service departments. Lie after lie and then they charged her a ridiculous amount. Stay away from dealers they will screw you any way they can. Especially if you are a woman.
