Always have great, prompt service when needed on our Lincoln MKS. Dillon staff is very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous which makes the service visits pleasant.
Automatic door locks - jvdubya
Problem solved and explained to me. Service performed in very short time. I was very happy with the amount of time it took to fix my problem.

I'm a Navy Vet Jennifer was my sales person. What a sweetheart. She got me the best deal at that time. I'm really happy with my 2020 jeep Cherokee. To all my veteran's take time and visit Jennifer. It will be a great experience. Guy and Shirley Schott.

EXCELLENT service department experience!
Alex & crew repaired broken license plate bracket on my Jeep Wrangler quickly & efficiently!! Even though I was frustrated everyone was friendly & patient with this out-of-towner.
Poor customer service - Firebock
They will sell you the wrong parts, they then won’t take a return of said wrong part. Customer service is poor and gets argumentative with the customer. Save yourself the headache drive somewhere else or order online.
DO NOT GO HERE. They had my fiancees car for THREE days... - Jayce
DO NOT GO HERE. They had my fiancees car for THREE days and couldn’t find out what was wrong with her car, they also made her pay for it when it wasn’t even fixed and were VERY unprofessional. They didn’t bother to call her with updates and we had to go pick up her Jeep without knowing what was wrong with it. They are lazy, useless and will suck you for your money. GENE STEFFY SUCKS!

If I could give a zero for a review I would customer service was TERRIBLE!! I didn't receive an authentic diagnosis of my vehicles issues which I had just purchased. Paid in FULL, so I guess since I didn't finance it doesn't mean s***. I am still having the same issue, fluids were never topped off and I asked 3x's. I also have 50 unexplained miles that I did not put on it whilst they were testing it out smh. Never going back. Don't do business with them!!!
Not a great experience. I took my Jeep in for tire... - Laura
Not a great experience. I took my Jeep in for tire rotation and oil change. The service department found a transmission fluid leak on my vehicle (39,000 miles but 10 yrs old). I was quoted a price to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis fee was waved if I chose to repair the issue, which I did. I was quoted a price for repair but then got a text that the quote was incorrect. I called and the tech stated he left off labor. I requested the final price and he indicated that repair, parts, and the oil change/ tire rotation would be “all in right under $500.” I pick up the vehicle and the price was $555, as he forgot to add in an environmental / shop fee. Additionally the invoice stated “Customer states there is a transmission fluid leak.” Which is blatantly untrue. Additionally my name was spelled incorrectly, and my email and phone number were incorrect on the invoice. If not for the VIN number matching my vehicle’s I would have sworn that this was not service done for my vehicle! I will likely find another dealership.
