Service writes didnt know what he was doing - Mr.Whitely
Took my Car in for to get new tires put on. Also an oil change they forgot that, how do you forget an oilchange its like the service write had no idea how to even do his job! An His responce "Oh, we forgot.." thanks for doing 50% of the work I requested. The Tech did a great job mounting and Balancing my tires, just disappointed that the Service writer sucked.

I had a very bad experience at sales department. Quote my car to fix about $300 then when I came to pick it up it was $722 didn’t even let me know. After drove it for 10 mins it died on me. They forgot to reset the computer. After complaining they believed on their employee mark Mendoza that he called me for the new quote. I can pull my incoming call that he didn’t call me. Poor customer service n poor job done.

You buy the 60,000 mile powertrain warranty and 100,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty on a car with 16,000 miles they promise you everything under the sun is covered and their full of crap. Hardly anything is covered then they make you pay a crazy deductible and a high service charge. Plus when I took my car in only light on was tire pressure sensor and they called me to tell me mysteriously since they had it the engine light was flashing which is wasn't before. This place is a scam and a joke. Dishonest place will never get my business ever again and will tell everyone to STAY AWAY!!!!

We purchased our 2014 Murano from Sid Dillon and the service was wonderful! But something changed in 2016, the last two times were not as good. I was reminded of how a well known oil change place is/was; telling me I needed this extra thing done and I have no idea so I told them to call my husband. The worst time was 3/31/17 - I made an appointment for 1:45 the day before but I needed to pick up my granddaughters by 3 at nearby schools and I told the service guy this. I arrived at 1:45 and the Murano was still on the rack at 2:30. I told the guys I had to go and I still didn't get out of there until 3:30 and the vehicle was not washed etc. I'm just disappointed b/c they were so good.

I question if I really got the service I needed and what I paid, was told 100.00 more from when I got off phone to when I got there. I don't believe the so called 21 point checks are really done, I myself will and would not bring my car back because of the rudeness and the question in back of my mind if the things they recommend need to be done and not really do a full check of the vehicle.
