I purchased a car from this dealership and from the beginning they lied to me about the status of the title. Only after pressing them for a month and a half did they actually tell me the truth about the title being lost. They were incompetent in following the steps needed to produce a duplicate title and it took them 4 months to actually get me the title. My state would not license the vehicle to me without the title so I had to just sit there and look at my car for 4 months. In addition, there were other items I was told about regarding the condition and history of the car the were just untrue as I discovered later. I would describe the people I worked with on this transaction as dishonest and incompetent.

I posted the previous review and would like to update. It seems that Guy was unaware of my problem but James filled him in on my plight today and they were both very apologetic and issued me a refund. They have reprimanded the employee who gave me such trouble and arranged for a refund. Thank you, Guy and James for your compassion. If you ever have a complaint talk to Guy. He's the one who can take care of it.

They advertised one price then when I got there it went up $600 what a scam. The sales men are not that knowledgeable about the car.
