I bought a 2017 GMC acadia 2 months ago with less that 25k miles and have had problem after problem with the car. From an alignment to transmission problems, and DVD issues. They tell you your able to buy an extended warranty after the sale but they don't tell you it goes up significantly in price. I'm talking in just 2 months. I was told they will take care of me for all the problems i have had but no one has taken care of me. Not even a discount on the extended warranty they told me they would give me. If actually sent up 35 % in price with all the problems. I have bought many cars and this has been the worst experience I have ha. I never got that good car feeling. Just waiting on the next thing to go wring with it.

Called up to see what time they closed and Dennis told me to come in. He had a car ready out front and handled me the keys after taking a copy of my drivers license.
For some odd reason he didn’t give me a lease quote when Ingot back but told me he would get one for me in the AM. Well, it was 1.5 days later when he called and gave me a price. When we discussed the modified terms he said he would rerun the lease and email them over to me.
3+ weeks later and zero follow up, zero emails and calls.
What is the point of having people drive their inventory if you don’t make an effort to sell them?

I've heard and read various reviews about Miller Auto and I would have to say my experience so far has been good. I was having issues with my old car (it was pretty much a lemon) and I told them there was only so much I could afford. They worked with me to find a newer, reliable car with monthly payments in the range I had set for them. I also appreciated the candor of the salesmen when it came to the price of my new car and what I would have to pay monthly. The process was done in a timely manner and I was so glad that they willingly took my old car as a trade in. The salesmen were friendly, helpful, and stayed after hours to ensure I had a car to get home with. All in all, I've had a better experience with Miller Auto than other car dealerships and would recommend it to anyone looking for their next car.
