I am a first time car buyey and Ron Harrison (my sales rep) was a great person to talk through all of my opinions and he wasn't pushy, and let me make my own decision. At the end of the day, I was very happy that Ron was my sales rep.

Previously spoke with a woman who called me from me applying online. I told her my limit what i was looking for and what i was willing to spend and i said NO LEASING and im trading my car for down payment. She agreed said no problem. She suggested we come in and they could get us some "GOOD" deals. Went in there with my husband. When we walked in we stood there for a good 5 minutes and no one came to greet us. there were people doing nothing sitting around. No one directed us where to go or who could help us ...nothing. People did see us they looked up and again nothing. Finally had to walk over to the desk all the way in the back of the store to see if we could get some service. First guy said take a look around and ill be with you. He said he had all my info on the computer and he said and confirmed the car for down payment no leasing so on.. We were looking for an suv. So we looked around at their stock and some other guy came over and said the First guy i spoke with was busy so he will be helping us. Then he took our info and went to do whatever with it. Then another guy came over and said he was busy so he would be helping us. This is the third guy mind u . So now we felt like we were just getting passed around. So we get taken on a a trip in a like vehicle we were looking at and the whole time my husband was driving the guy kept hitting buttons on the steering wheel. Mind u we were on the full highway at 5pm. So him looking down at whatever button the guy was pushing at the moment and explaining what it was and what it did and paying attention to the road was annoying. So we get back and the 2nd guy we spoke to comes back to the table and says we cant offer u leasing. Well no kidding. I didnt want that anyways. So he leaves again to try for buying. Im aggrivated at this point. I didnt want leasing but he kept pushing it. So he comes back with an offer of 5000$ down payment plus car trade in and 465$ a month. I said no gave them our pay stubs boss numbers everything. He said he would get ahold of the bank and see what they could offer and he will be in touch. Now here it is 5 days later no call. No one has contacted our employer to confirm salary and employment. Called them and still no call back. Make up your mind for what its worth but its a friggin circus over there.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.

Went in to schedule my recall on my KIA forte, the guy refused to listen to anything I said. He kept trying to get me to buy a new car. Then when finally getting to the point of my visit he goes off on being in a lawsuit with Kia and refusing outright to perform the recall on my car.

I made an appointment for an oil change for my brand new car. I only had it now like 50 days (First oil change), which was for 10:30 Sat. morning. I finally called to check on my car around 2:00pm to see what's up. I was told its not done yet. I asked why? Now - this part I can't believe... they told me, we have walk-ins sitting here, so we work on those cars first. I said I made an appointment for 10:30 so I wouldn't have to sit and wait. I then asked, "So I made an appointment and people waiting inside is more important than me, a person who set up an appointment and dropped it off so it would be there without issue?" I don't seem to rate very much with this dealership apparently.
This even get's better. I get a call from them about another hour or so later and they tell me that my oil change is done but we had an accident with your car. We backed it into another car. I asked like four times what damage was done? She would not tell me. She said its not that bad. (Really??? You crash my brand new $36,000 car and it no big deal). I go down there and nobody really wanted to help me. So I need an entire bumper for the car and who knows what else is wrong under the car it must of hit the tailpipe damaging that also. Now I have a car that's been damaged and will lose value just because of the accident, but the way they talk to me I should be thankful that they will fix it.
What they should be doing is giving me another car that is not damaged this isn't a car that been around for a year or so not even 60 days old. How careless can you be with a car that has warnings and camera so you don't back into things. If it wasn't brand new I wouldn't expect this but I do now.
The only person that loses here is me and its not fair. The entire thing feels like I am bothering them and I am one out on everything. What happened with caring for your customers?
The manager was not much help at all he did call but again it seemed as I was bothering his day. Bottom line is, I feel they need to make me whole. When I dropped off my car for a simple oil change, it was an undamaged 2 month old car with 5000 miles on it. Now, even though they will fix it, it is a damage repaired car, significantly affecting its value, due to their negligence.
I find it very hard to recommend this dealer to anyone and boy do I know a lot of folks, and wait until I hit Facebook and ask all my friends to pass it on.

Terrible Service Desk Personnel - FRANKDIAZ3
Don't bother with this service department if you don't absolutely have to.
They are very unprofessional, rude and inconsistent on their level of service.
The management and service desk guys have changed over the last year a few times and now it's worst than ever.
I have questioned the level of service, which was not received well.
I have even been cursed at by the Service Desk person, JOE.
Joe's still working there!
Save yourself some aggravation and go to Quirk Kia or Kia of Somersworth if you can.
