Extremely upset with the service department. I wanted this to be a good one because I live really close by & it’s convenient, but they have completely dismissed my concerns. I recently leased a 2025 Nissan Rogue Rock Creek (about 3 months into my lease now, 4K miles) & I’m already having issues. I brought my car here due to a weird sound I was hearing while driving, they replaced two parts under warranty & believed that would solve it. About a week goes by & that sound is still there. I bring it back & the service manager Anthony acknowledged hearing the concerning sound during a test drive & advised me to bring the vehicle back when an engineer would be present so they can figure out what it is, since he couldn’t. I bring the vehicle back & Mary advise me that the engineer went on a drive with Anthony & neither of them heard the sound. Found that very hard to believe because it was making it right before I dropped the car off. They suggested it might be weather related ……. After being given the run around in the shop, I leave with my car to see if that issue really did go away & not even 5 mins into my drive I hear it very loud & clear. They are either incompetent or dishonest, there is clearly an issue & it seems they do not care. I expressed my concerns for safety while driving the vehicle with a toddler & all they could offer was to contact corporate. Very unprofessional.
