Ted and his team at Sierra Blanca Motors are masters of customer service. I have purchased several vehicles from their dealership and have always enjoyed an excellent experience and a great deal.
I drive many miles past numerous other dealerships to trade with Ted.

My wife and I had been eyeing a beautiful 2015 chevy truck on the used car lot for about a week. When we decided to see if it would be possible to purchase the truck, we went to Desert Sun and asked for Eddie Norrell. We had done business with Eddie before so we trust him. Although we had gone in for information purposes only so we could go home to determine if we could make the purchase, we left that evening owners of the new to us 2015 chevy truck. Eddie was very honest and knowledgeable about the truck and it's features and he made purchasing the truck a lot more simple than either my wife or I could have imagined. Thank you Eddie Norrell.

made a 2 week out appointment with them 9:00 am on a Friday, left my Chevy truck . never heard from them till I called at 5:10 pm to find out what's going on and was told they never looked at it.They wanted me to leave it their over weekend and just maybe they might get to it Monday. The job to change the ignition switch I was told would only take a few hours and would be done Friday, also they would check a older recall on it.Nothing happened .if they couldn't do it they should have called me .I guess I wasn't a reg cust cause I was told that other vehicles that came in off the wall came first, like some big 60000 dollar pickups which I,m sure are buds .I guess I was not a small potato but a potato chip, a no one.It was a Chevy so I took it to a Chevy place. Then was told they would call when their was a open spot. Its been a month now never heard anything, in that time I took it down the road to krumland auto and they were able to repair it even though it wasn't a Toyota, except the old recall. I've been the service business for over 30 years and are really disappointed ,I was just blown off even almost had to go walk their to get my truck cause the shuttle guy went home, but the service man came and picked me up, I'm sure he just what'd to get rid of me .nobody knew who I was ,I could have been a millionaire who might have bought a vett or something you never know. I will not be coming back their.

Nothing Quality about them - jayce_fox
Purchased a NEW 2017 Terrain from the dealership in June of 2017. Immediately the Air Conditioning system went on the fritz. After three years of trips back and forth to the service department, and three summers of unreliable air conditions, the dealership has done absolutely nothing to try to repair the vehicle.
The vehicle came with a 3 year bumper to bumper warranty that was in the end useless. Not a slice screw was turned or nut tightened in an attempt to repair the NEW vehicle that I purchase.
So here I am, the consumer, no protection, no compassion or assistance form the dealership. Paying for a new vehicle that never worked appropriately.
Had the dealership reached out to the manufacture to document the issues that I was reporting the vehicle would have been classified a lemon. But the service department never did this, they just scratched their heads and sent the car home not working.
Maybe buy from a dealership that stands behind their service, who will do something to assist their customers when something goes wrong.
I purchased a new vehicle at Quality GMC in June of 2017. Since then I have experienced both transmission/torque converter issues and well as major AC issues. I have brought the vehicle in time after time. And time and time again I have been sent home with a non conforming vehicle because you guys could not "reproduce" and issue. My AC was finally worked on in September. We will see if it is actually functional come summer. The transmission was reset once. The issue has persisted. I brought my vehicle in this morning, for the ongoing transmission issue, and was told that I would be charged for the diagnostic even though I am still covered by my powertrain warranty and this issue is know about my vehicle to the service department.
I am disgusted by how the dealership conducts business. There is nothing Quality about this vehicle or your customer service.
Amazing service - Candice_tru
Steve is awesome and helped us more than we could ever imagine. By far the best experience with a car dealership we've ever had. We now have a beautiful car that fits our families needs and comfort.
Unprofessional – Be warned I took our 2007 GMC Acadia in... - Damron
Unprofessional – Be warned
I took our 2007 GMC Acadia in to have a daytime running lamp replaced. After I got home, my wife noticed the front grill was crooked next to the light they had worked on. I opened the hood to find that NONE OF THE SCREWS WERE PRESENT that had been removed to replace the light. I took the car back to the dealership. I told them the parts had been there when we took it in and that the front grill had not been crooked when I gave it to them. The tech, "Gary" (who had performed the work - Tech #5367) told me and the Service Manager the parts had been missing when he worked on it. That is B*!1 $#!+ because noone has been under the hood of our car accept "Gary." They tried to argue with me about how I had caused the crooked grill by "probably hitting something." I told them it was unprofessional to argue about it, but repeated that it had been fine when I gave it to them. They weren't even willing repeat the installation process to ensure there weren't any other missing parts or to examine the grill (which was fine when they got it) to straighten it. They said they would "make it right" by "giving" me some extra screws and rubber stoppers they had laying around the shop. The Service Manager and Tech worked together to reinstall these parts. Then, when they said they had fixed it, I opened the hood. One rubber stopper was still missing, two of the screws were in the wrong place, and one was still missing completely! I had to point this out to them, as though it is my job to know how to put the car back together! This is basic stuff. The reason we pay extra $ to a dealership is for the professionalism of them doing the job right and knowing that they will make it right if they make a mistake. These guys weren't professional, messed it up, tried to blame me for the missing parts, wouldn't even examine the problem thoroughly to try to fix it, and wouldn't have even put all the parts back in the second time if I hadn't been double checking their work. They didn't stand behind their work. Sunshine GMC of ABQ NM won't work on any of my vehicles again.
Unprofessional - Dishonest - Didn't stand behind their work - blamed me for their mistakes
