Care start to finish - dr@gon0708
Went in a couple of months back for a used car. Did all my research in advance to figure out what i wanted. Turns out that the car that I wanted was called dibs on by some one else who was coming in to pick it up later that day. Bob Asked for a list of wants and must haves and started looking for something to fill my wants and needs. He would call every few weeks to let me know he was still looking and 2 moths later found me the perfect match, with about a third of the miles the original car I was interested in had. I highly recommend Tillery for their customer care and service.

Hamilton GM Country has the best customer service when it come to looking for our white Lacrosse. Bill Guhrke didn’t have one in stock but brought one in for us in just a few days he and Mr Seth Hamilton had the car we were looking for. Worked with our bank in town to give us the best possible price that we were looking for. Mr Bill Guhrke brought paper work out to us to acomidate our work schedules. His delivery of the new car was awsome showing us cars features washed ,detailed, polished and gave us a full tank of gas. Best store to buy a car from. Thank you so much Bii And Seth Hamilton. Great experience - rg
Our salesman, Derek Barnhill, listened to exactly what we wanted. He didn't try to push anything else on us. He found what we wanted and didn't rush us to make a decision. Then when he started the paperwork, he worked with our budget. Then we spoke with Hector to finish the paperwork. He did some research for us and gave us an even better deal. Finally, we came back with the information we needed to give them, then the mechanic, Derek, approached us to let us know what he had done and ordered for us. Everybody we dealt with were fabulous. Thank you, Pitre Buick.
So happy! - Happy customer
We just had the best experience trading our older Buick for a new Encore with Mario Leon. The whole gang at Sisbarro made us feel like family from the service dept. to the top guy, Lew Sisbarro! Can't say enough good things about Sisbarro dealerships.
Pleasant and comfortable - don3d
My wife and I had been eyeing a beautiful 2015 chevy truck on the used car lot for about a week. When we decided to see if it would be possible to purchase the truck, we went to Desert Sun and asked for Eddie Norrell. We had done business with Eddie before so we trust him. Although we had gone in for information purposes only so we could go home to determine if we could make the purchase, we left that evening owners of the new to us 2015 chevy truck. Eddie was very honest and knowledgeable about the truck and it's features and he made purchasing the truck a lot more simple than either my wife or I could have imagined. Thank you Eddie Norrell.

Bought a truck and it happened to be a lemon, dealership... - alexismata14
Bought a truck and it happened to be a lemon, dealership knew and still sold it to me (i didnt know though). They never checked it or anything; just put it out on the lot. Day two of having it I brought it to be serviced and they told me there was nothing wrong with it. And the gauges were messed up and the speedometer suddenly fell. And didnt move from under 120. They put a battery in it that doesn't have enough power for the truck, its for a smaller car. And once again I brought it to be serviced. And I told them I was just going to call the loan company and the manager told me "I'll give you the number, you can call, its YOUR truck". So basically he just screwed me ovee and he knew it the whole time. I have two kids! This truck is a hazard for me and my kids. I bought it because I live at a ranch where it snows all the time. What am I supposed to do if it doesnt work properly. And of all things they wont fix it and insist theres nothing wrong.
Unprofessional – Be warned I took our 2007 GMC Acadia in... - Damron
Unprofessional – Be warned
I took our 2007 GMC Acadia in to have a daytime running lamp replaced. After I got home, my wife noticed the front grill was crooked next to the light they had worked on. I opened the hood to find that NONE OF THE SCREWS WERE PRESENT that had been removed to replace the light. I took the car back to the dealership. I told them the parts had been there when we took it in and that the front grill had not been crooked when I gave it to them. The tech, "Gary" (who had performed the work - Tech #5367) told me and the Service Manager the parts had been missing when he worked on it. That is B*!1 $#!+ because noone has been under the hood of our car accept "Gary." They tried to argue with me about how I had caused the crooked grill by "probably hitting something." I told them it was unprofessional to argue about it, but repeated that it had been fine when I gave it to them. They weren't even willing repeat the installation process to ensure there weren't any other missing parts or to examine the grill (which was fine when they got it) to straighten it. They said they would "make it right" by "giving" me some extra screws and rubber stoppers they had laying around the shop. The Service Manager and Tech worked together to reinstall these parts. Then, when they said they had fixed it, I opened the hood. One rubber stopper was still missing, two of the screws were in the wrong place, and one was still missing completely! I had to point this out to them, as though it is my job to know how to put the car back together! This is basic stuff. The reason we pay extra $ to a dealership is for the professionalism of them doing the job right and knowing that they will make it right if they make a mistake. These guys weren't professional, messed it up, tried to blame me for the missing parts, wouldn't even examine the problem thoroughly to try to fix it, and wouldn't have even put all the parts back in the second time if I hadn't been double checking their work. They didn't stand behind their work. Sunshine GMC of ABQ NM won't work on any of my vehicles again.
Unprofessional - Dishonest - Didn't stand behind their work - blamed me for their mistakes
