HUGE shout out to Omar...Chris...and Freddie!!! These three are all about customer service! They are very welcoming...friendly...and not pushy! Thank you...you three! This is our second purchase from Holiday World and Omar! We traded in our Motorhome for a RV Toyhualer! We took it home July 11 2026...and three days later it was back at Holiday World. RV had THREE issues with it. Two of the three have been fixed...but the third...a simple outdoor kitchen seal has not been resolved as of today Sept 22 2026. We meet with Service department Nacho...Nacho has NO customer service etiquette. He is a very rude and impatient person. Nacho is NOT Holiday World representative. Nacho went as far as throwing another employee under the bus and not taking the responsibility. As Holiday World in all...GREAT! Danny & Penny Vega This is an update to my post...To the Customer Service Manager...I DID NOT leave a 5 Star review...I am very disappointed with Nacho...he has NO customer service...I want my RV back without the excuses! UPDATE!!! Here it is Oct 5 2026 and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY RV BACK!!! This Is stupidity!!! Oh...I have called multiple times to speak to the GM and like always he's in meetings or they'll give him the message to call me back! And of course NO call back!!! My RV is a $90k plus unit and this is the way I the customer am treated...put on the back burner!!! Oh but Holiday World was fast to get my monies...and EVERYONE SUPER NICE!!! My RV has been back with Holiday World from July 15 2026 to the present today Oct 5 2026!!! At this point Holiday World can keep this LEMON...refund my down payment PLUS my three payments!!! HOLIDAY WORLD YOU ALL HAVE RUNIED MY SUMMER!!! IT IS NOW A 1 STAR RATING only due to had to put a rating!!! Danny and Penny Vega
