I don’t know if anyone actually reads these reviews but the service department here was wonderful to our family. We were traveling Route 66 in our new Cadillac XT5 and the front lower grill was hanging off. We left messages for Garcia Cadillac and they actually called us back and told us to come on by. In less than 15 minutes, they had us back on Route 66 and they refused to accept anything from us. They just told us to have a nice Road Trip. Business is tough all over with the pandemic but this dealership kept their ethics and their random act of kindness made our trip. We were stunned by their kindness and wanted to make sure we trumpeted it. These are food people.

She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Since my 2018 manual transmission vehicle for repairs. Supposed to be a certified GM dealership they were not able to do repairs I had to have my vehicle towed to a different dealership.

Internet department is ridiculous. Saw a couple trucks on Autotrader that I liked they both said new trades didn’t even have pictures because they just took them in. Hit of course they were sold already. Even so I told them what I was looking for and continued to Get the same type stupid question emails fromNathan like he never even spoke with me. So I asked for a supervisor and Melina contacted me with the same lane stupid type emails. Too bad I am looking to give you money and you ju at won’t take it. Shameful

I’m from Conneticut I’ve been down the east coast and across the lower states to New Mexico.I have had a number of oil changes and tire rotation on my 2019 GMC pickup that I bought new.
Every service was done at a GMC dealership and never cost more than $ 82.00.
At this dealership it was $ 120.00 and change. This is totally ridiculous, I will never return for service or think about buying a vehicle at this establishment. Shame on them.

Jennifer and Garrett were spectacular!! I was incredibly impressed. They got me in right away they showed me the issue and they fixed it immediately. While I was waiting I spoke with a very knowledgeable and very handsome salesman. Let me tell you he knew his stuff he answered every question I had without pressure. I love this dealership they will always have my business

Need to utilize the on line schedule. Avalaible times and dates don’t match. Had trouble scheduling days and times since the app didn’t update with their book.
