If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

I bought a used car in August of 2018 everything was fine until I was told that the car was sold to me with bad tires. I had purchased the tire warranty as my car didn't come with a spare. At the time I felt it would be an easy process to work with the service center on getting the tires replaced as they had air bubbles in them after I took the car in I was told they wouldn't try and use the warranty but they would replace the really bad ones but it would take a couple days. In those couple days they lost my wheel lock key then proceeded to hold my car hostage for 2 weeks never keeping in touch on the progress I had to drive down to the service center multiple times because no one would call me back. They lied telling me they were taking the car places they weren't I know because I have a tracker on my car as well as I called the places they said they went. After 2 weeks they returned it with all 4 tires replaced but with damage to my rim and non locking lug nuts. I finally received a call another week later that the wheel locks were in but if this happens in the future they won't be able to help me when they were the ones that lost my stuff in the first place!!! I will never suggest this dealership to anyone as the service is horrendous.

Internet department is ridiculous. Saw a couple trucks on Autotrader that I liked they both said new trades didn’t even have pictures because they just took them in. Hit of course they were sold already. Even so I told them what I was looking for and continued to Get the same type stupid question emails fromNathan like he never even spoke with me. So I asked for a supervisor and Melina contacted me with the same lane stupid type emails. Too bad I am looking to give you money and you ju at won’t take it. Shameful

Never buy from this Dealership! They took advantage of my young son sold him a lemon not to mention a 36,000 mile extended warranty his car had 41,000 miles at the time of purchase. The car is a 2018 with coolant issues and a blown gasket. Dealership won't honor the manufacturer warranty to fix it because he drove it a few blocks to get it home when it started smoking. Service dept very rude to say the least! My kid is stuck with a broken car because he can't afford $3000 "to start" looking at it according to Mark the service manager. Shame on you for taking advantage of a kid! I'd give you zero stars if it was an option!
