They always get me in in a timely fashion even if they are swamped with work. I needed a new battery. I had to call my insurance company for a tow truck to come and give me a jump two times, one to get me home from Walmart, then again the next day to get me to the dealership for a battery. Another dealership couldn’t get me in for a whole week, but Jared Curry at Southwest Hyundai got me in that day! And they always keep me updated on what services may be needed on my vehicle. It’s paid off, and I want it to go another 100,000 so maintenance is important!!

I still love my car that I bought at Vision Ford Lincoln Hyundai. I never thought that I could afford a new care, and came in to the dealership looking for a used vehicle. The salesman was amazing. He just quietly asked if I had ever thought about a new care after looking at several of the used vehicles he had to offer. The ball was in my court, and I was able to find exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. I would buy here again. The whole process was painless, and I felt like I was well taken care of. Then after the purchase. I came back few times for things like "how do I work my new radio"? Even with simple questions like that I felt respected, and they always helped me. I have been back to get oil changes twice. The whole team at the dealership and mechanic area are wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them.

She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Roswell Hyundai was a good dealership till it came to the service department. They are so rude! I've been having trouble with my tail light and it's going to be a week before they can get me in. That's ridiculous! I wish i knew how this service department was before I bought a car from them. and I only have 2 years left of payment:(. Just might trade it in just because ofthe service department. it sucks but i dont want to feal with rude service employees for the rest of my life.
