I recently had my Kia Cadenza serviced at the dealership. Abdallah the Service Advisor did a great job in checking on my warranty prior to getting my car serviced, ordering parts and providing a realistic timeframe for repairs. Nathan did a great job servicing my car. Additionally, Daphne was very energetic in her sales approach to showing me new car options during my time at the dealership. I am a longtime customer and will continue to be.

Josh was very friendly and helpful when we went in for work we weren't sure what was needed. A wrench appeared on the dash screen. He told us what was needed and got it done. Quick and easy.

Took wife’s Sedona in for electrical issues. Replaced parts and problem never resolved. Paid almost $900 for nothing. Nothing fixed. Nothing resolved. Never again will I do business with them nor would I ever buy from them. Absolutely horrible!! Costly mistake to ever have gone to them.
