On 05/05/2020 Linda Smith contacted us about a Chevrolet Silverado we had messaged her about. She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Service department Sucks! - Kia guy
Steve the service manager is a thief. Every time I bring any of my Kia's in for service, he finds more "unnecessary " things that need attention. Last time, I needed my coolant flushed. Okay, I approved the service. Next time I dropped off my car, he called and said I needed the same extra services I needed 3 months ago. After I called him out on it, "Oh, my mistake, I was looking at the wrong invoice.. " He is not polite or professional and is only interest is to keep over charging you for unnecessary services.
