I have never had my car serviced by anyone except Permian. I am happy with the timing of my service and the expedient time in getting the service performed.

Sorry to leave such a low review. I called to make an appointment. I was told that I could bring it in without one as they take drive ins. I arrive to find 4 cars ahead of me and advised to come back in two hours. Upon arrival the service advisor says they are finishing up with a car and I was next..this was at 10:15 AM. I asked how long it would take and he stated about 1 hour so I waited in the lounge. I waited until 2:15 PM before he notified me it was complete. Did I mention that this is an oil change? When the service advisor made out the service order I asked for "full synthetic'' motor oil and he noted that. When I read the service completed I took note that they used "synthetic blend" motor oil. Lots of incompetence at Vision Ford in my opinion. 7 months ago the same Vision Ford left my air intake box open after inspecting my air filter recommending a change. I discovered it a few days later when I went to replace my filter. This place is sad.

They don’t pull the skid plates when doing oil changes and make a mess. They charge a 10% shop supply on oil changes and lie to your face and say for make them charge it. They do a poor job inspecting tires, all four of my tires had a different PSI in them.

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

OK! Well I was very pleased with Phil Long Raton until my 2018 Truck was out of Factory warranty. I purchased extended warranty directly from FORD protect for 60 months 60,000miles. Yet I still get emails every couple of weeks from Shawn Flynn, Chief Operating Officer, Phil Long Ford of Raton 1-844-578-1449 begging me to contact Phill Long Ford of Raton to buy extended warranty from them. I'v even sent a copy of my new warranty from Ford protect but Iguess Phil Long Ford of Raton don't give a rats xxx!! I shall never buy, service or obtain parts for my truck from Phil Long Ford ever again

I recently found my way into Ziems Ford Corners in Farmington NM on a road trip. I encountered some performance issues with my 2005 F350 diesel. It lost power and was smoking excessively. I called around to a few different shops, however I was pleased from the first contact with the guys at Ziems Ford Corners. My first contact on the ph was with EJ Sanchez, not only was the ph promptly answered, he was very professional, asked multiple questions, and was very experienced in his over the ph diagnoses. I informed him we were 400 miles from home and on our way to a truck show, so we hard a very short and hard deadline. We pulled into the dealership about 45 minuets after my call, we were promptly greeted by EJ and the truck was being diagnosed shortly thereafter. We spent close to 4 hours there while they gave the truck a very thorough and detailed inspection. The entire staff from the cleaning crew to the guys with keys locking up, all in passing, were all very pleasant and overly accommodating. The experience to this point was above and beyond my expectations. After diagnosing my truck for 4 hours the tech took the time to come out from the shop and give me the rundown of his findings. He informed me it was most likely due to an aftermarket tune and nothing is wrong with the truck. And then to make a great experience better he informed me they are not charging me since they could not find any issues. I have owned Fords all my life, I currently own 3 Fords , mustang, escape, and the F350. The experience at this dealership reaffirms my strong passion for this brand. I have told this story many times over to all my friends and family. I hope this finds it's way back to the guys at Ziems, they are by far the best dealer ever! And they have been by far my best retail experience of any type, ever. Thanks, Kenny McQueen
