Took my F150 in for a major recall. Robbie, Raul, and Steve were awesome. I told them upfront I was going to review the work as last recall was a total disaster, they said Tommy is very particular about his work and not to worry. They were right, all was correct and looked great.

On 05/05/2020 Linda Smith contacted us about a Chevrolet Silverado we had messaged her about. She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Signed off on the paperwork and we were good to go. Linda did an exceptional job and made it as easy as possible for us. Thank you Bravo and Linda Smith! We love our truck!

I took my son's car in for services. It had been sitting idle for over two years while he was going to school in Rome, Italy. They put on four new tires and changed the fluids for me as requested. Them Johnathan Sanchez told me he was going to give me free tire repair for the life of the tires and free tire rotations. Oh and then, they washed the car as well. Needless to say I will keep taking my cars to Corley Ford for all my services needs.

My husband and I were about 33 miles outside of Deming when our check engine light came on. We were trying to get back to Northern CA but didn't know if it was safe to drive our Ford Fiesta or not. We called the service department, and Jorge was so polite and helpful. He told us to come on in and they checked it out. Was not critical (light caused by catalytic converter), so we were back on the road in less than 30 minutes. What a relief! We'll take our car in to our dealership when we get back in town.

So after having dropped the truck off for a month and having over 21,000 dollars worth of work done, of which almost 5000 dollars were out of pocket, I now have so many problems with the truck I did not have before. . They will not even look at it. I was met at the door and told they were not going to look at the truck and that I needed to leave the property. It is a desiel and replaced only one battery, and are telling me it is my fault they only replaced one battery. Because I am obviously a moron and did not know you have to replace both batteries. My Dad is a desiel mechanic and has been my whole life. Beard could not even look me in the eye. I just need the battery cable replaced. I spent a fortune to get my truck fixed and they will not make things right. I will not go back for anything. I will drive to Albuquerque next time I purchase a vehicle. The complete and utter lack of anything from these people is gross.

I recently found my way into Ziems Ford Corners in Farmington NM on a road trip. I encountered some performance issues with my 2005 F350 diesel. It lost power and was smoking excessively. I called around to a few different shops, however I was pleased from the first contact with the guys at Ziems Ford Corners. My first contact on the ph was with EJ Sanchez, not only was the ph promptly answered, he was very professional, asked multiple questions, and was very experienced in his over the ph diagnoses. I informed him we were 400 miles from home and on our way to a truck show, so we hard a very short and hard deadline. We pulled into the dealership about 45 minuets after my call, we were promptly greeted by EJ and the truck was being diagnosed shortly thereafter. We spent close to 4 hours there while they gave the truck a very thorough and detailed inspection. The entire staff from the cleaning crew to the guys with keys locking up, all in passing, were all very pleasant and overly accommodating. The experience to this point was above and beyond my expectations. After diagnosing my truck for 4 hours the tech took the time to come out from the shop and give me the rundown of his findings. He informed me it was most likely due to an aftermarket tune and nothing is wrong with the truck. And then to make a great experience better he informed me they are not charging me since they could not find any issues. I have owned Fords all my life, I currently own 3 Fords , mustang, escape, and the F350. The experience at this dealership reaffirms my strong passion for this brand. I have told this story many times over to all my friends and family. I hope this finds it's way back to the guys at Ziems, they are by far the best dealer ever! And they have been by far my best retail experience of any type, ever.
