4 New Mexico Volkswagen Dealers
Lawrence is a creep. - Sarah M.
Lawrence is a creep. If you are a young woman and get him as a sales person just leave. A close friend of mine was sexually harassed by him and told him no multiple times and he still kept trying to pursue her. Asked for pics and if she was into older guys and was clearly taking advantage of the fact that she’s not from the area and is like half her age. He is disgusting and not worth it. RUN.
This place is more worried about their commission than - AK
This place is more worried about their commission than customer service. Was sold a Tiguan SE and promised over and over (6+times verbally and in a text) that the main feature was standard on the car. When I got the car, feature was not in the car and was told it was a delete. Told them I wanted to return the car, they said they’d find one for me. After a week of them telling me they had a car to trade out, we found out they didn’t. Wouldn’t respond to me when I asked my options. Horrible service. In talking with another VW dealership they said they should’ve immediately return the car for not disclosing the delete. Save yourself the hassle and go to a place where they value customers.
I offered to sell my like new car to this dealership via - Eric Gold
I offered to sell my like new car to this dealership via contact from TrueCar.com and was quoted a sale price contingent on inspection. The inspection was as I had represented the vehicle (it is new, after all) but when I brought in the car the dealership then refused to honor the price they had texted me 24 hours earlier.
Bottom line -- this dealership's word is not trustworthy.
You will not find a better VW dealership in the region.... - Tim
You will not find a better VW dealership in the region. Chris did a great job finding the right model to fit our needs at a great price.
