Extremely happy with the service department! After receiving horrible customer service from Garcia Uptown Volkswagen and Garcia Volkswagen of Santa Fe and months of unresolved issues, Crystal (service advisor) and Brian (service tech) at University Volkswagen were able to fix my noise issue and oil leak within a week. Both Crystal and Brian were understanding, thorough, and professional. They offered me a loaner vehicle and covered gas while my 2018 Tiguan was being repaired. I wish I had purchased my vehicle from them in the first place and not Garcia.
Caused damage from recall repair - Mateo6288
Had my airbag replaced here as part of a recall and got my car back with the faceplate of the steering wheel completely cracked and no mention of the damage they caused . Unfortunately I hardly drive my car so didn't notice right away so too late to complain about it.

Not sure where to start. The single worst experience I've ever had purchasing a car. Wait for it.
My wife & I spent months finding the perfect car for her. Turns out it was a 2018 GTI SE. We test drove one in Scottsdale, loved it, and approached Uptown VW when we returned to see if they could match the price. They offered a deal that was within $500. I agreed & told our salesman Kevin that I would be there the following day with a cashiers check. As I was driving to the dealership, Kevin called and informed me that they could not put fuel in the vehicle. Having spent my youth as a mechanic, I figured it was some minor design flaw for the 2018 model & all would be fine by the time I wanted to pick it up for my wife. Wrong. They spent days trying to figure out what was wrong. Ultimately flying out a master tech from VW, only to tell them that the fuel tank was already full!
Kevin called me and explained this. I said, ok what time can we pick up our car? 6pm Friday. Done. We arrive and Kevin is out on a test drive. I ask to see our car. The other salesman states that it's not ready. Upon Kevin's return, we find out that our car has not be detailed & cleaned because a manger wanted his personal vehicle washed. At this point they offer a loaner car to us so we can go to dinner. I accept only to find that once I arrive at the restaurant Kevin failed to give me the fob for the loaner car. Um what more do I need to say? Run, run so far away.

The Sales staff are very customer oriented. They showed a vehicle that realy fitted my needs. Dan and Ronnie were very knowledgable and able to satisfy all conserns.
