My car had numerous recalls and faulty electronics. When corporate wanted me to go here to verify that it was intact the car fiat service center said they had nothing for over a month. Funny how when corporate called minutes later i got an appointment for the next day. It always seems like this service center refuses to give appointments in the near future everything is weeks and weeks away no matter time of year. the people on the phone are rude and do not care about the customers.

Well where to start Jack mcnerney i loved going and doing business till i delt with shady Steve in services he is a God dam joke!!! Stay far from this place be lucky if they can do oil change right 75 bucks for that and con u and miss lead u all around went in and told them had wear on both tires in rear did all test because was in accident befor i bought truck from dealer in syracuse that lied about car fax they were right about the accident on car fax but steve went and told my warranty place like i was in accident so funny the tires i have don't have any wear on befor new ones so accident before had nothing to do with wear on new tires so never trust them make sure u bring lube for this place is full of con crap dont ever trust this place ever $528.00 for xxxx work or shady work & lies on top of lies!! want to thank u for teaching me to never do business with ur place ever i will be turning u into better business bureau its one thing to screw u over then do things like this con man steve! Leafspings 1800 buck ls what a joke shame ur giving that business and auto place a real bad name word of mouth go's long way

I brought my car in for a cracked windshield and unfortunately the replacement is back ordered . Donna in service dept provided me with a car for 30 days , keep me in the loop, checked on delivery and once installed delivered my car to my home and picked up the loaner . I have been driving for 50 plus years so I have dealt with numerous service dept. and Jaguar Land Rover Freeport is unique in their appreciation for customers and providing excellent service .
