Nope! My Service advisor flat out lied to me about my car. It was there for service for a week, I called and he said they were just buttoning it up and should be done tomorrow.... 3 days later I called the service manager. He told me they hadn't started working on it yet. Really bad.... The service manager just blew off that his advisor had lied about the car. Worst dealer experiece ever and.... The rally sad thing is I know the owner..... We play golf together sometimes......

They are friendly, professional and trust worthy. They do what they say they are going to do and they make sure that it is done right. I spent most of my professional career in customer service for businesses that I owned and for businesses other individuals owned. I know excellent customer service when I see it. Great service department, friendly and helpful. Drove in without an appointment for a motorcycle inspection (hard to find someone who does this around Rhinebeck) and they did it right away.

I was visiting Rhinebeck from out of town when my battery died. I got a jump and brought the car to Ruge's on a busy day and without an appointment to get a new battery. They tested the battery and found out it was fine - we somehow had kicked the cargo light on while removing luggage and drained it ourselves. They got us on the road again and didn't charge us a thing for the visit. They could easily have sold me a battery or they could have charged for the service visit. They showed a lot of integrity.
