After getting a flat snow tire and driving on it, (my fault!) it needed to be replaced. Herb in Mini Cooper Service went out of his way to accommodate us and performed service on the car while replacing the tire. Not only was the service and communication excellent but he agreed to deliver the car to us as it would have been very difficult for us to pick it up due to the distance. This is our second mini and our fourth car from Keller. The staff continues to exceed our expectation for professionalism!

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I was running errands Sunday afternoon, and my car died in the CVS parking lot. Called my dealer but they were closed, so I walked down to the Arlington garage hoping they could help. Adam dropped everything , drove me back to my car, and jump-started it. Then I brought it to the garage where they tested and replaced the battery. I was back running errands in less than an hour total!

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine"
I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM
was unable to correct the problem.
I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem.
After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced.
I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me.
I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

Mike was very nice enough to match a competitor's price AND honor a coupon for a remote! On top of this, UNLIKE the service advisor that wanted to charge me nearly $200 to pair the remote (only took 30 seconds), he told me how to do it myself.
To the service advisor that either didn't know, or tried to rip me off, these are the steps W/O charging someone $200 to pair a remote:
Step 1: unlock car from the other key u have or make sure car is unlocked.
Step 2: jump in car with new key.
Step 3: close door
Step 4: hold new key up against the steering column on the right side where it has two arrows like( >< )
Step 5: foot on brake and press start button.
Should this not work on first try. Repeat again 2-3 times.

I will write my review shortly. Very unethical business practices and only cares about the money not the customer. We have dealt with them years. The Daughter has no clue about customer service
