I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE.CAME OUT WITH A 187.00 DOLLAR INVOICE.I ASKED PAUL TO FLEX THE PART IN THE STEERING. THAT WAS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE. WHICH HE DID BEFORE.INSTEAD OF FLEXING IT HE REPLACED IT. WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST.I GOT THE USUAL SONG AND DANCE FROM A DEALER WHO SEEMS TO ME IS DESPERATE.SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.PAUL ALSO TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE FROM CHEVY AND GAVE ME THERE #. I CALLED CHEVY TO GET ANOTHER RUN AROUND. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER DEALER TO USE.I TOLD THEM THE ONLY DEALER I WANT TO GO SEE WOULD BE A TOYOTA . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. My Husband, Leon and I were greeted by the Manager, Mike and the Salesman, Al.Both gentlemen, were very welcoming, gracious, knowledgeable and pleasant. Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, etc...Got there and was told " there is no way we can have it done." Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad.
