They never called me. 2 weeks after initial visit. I call them tell me parys Just came. Bring on your next week. APPT 2 Take car in they tell me GMC policy JUST chg. No new pads. They turm rotors. Next day brakes squealing. Told me to bring car in next week. Today was next week. Tell me pafs need replacingI would have to pay. I refused They then said they'd split cost 50/50. I refused. Now in GMC MEDIATORS HANDS.

I WENT IN FOR A OIL CHANGE.CAME OUT WITH A 187.00 DOLLAR INVOICE.I ASKED PAUL TO FLEX THE PART IN THE STEERING. THAT WAS MAKING A CLUNKING NOISE. WHICH HE DID BEFORE.INSTEAD OF FLEXING IT HE REPLACED IT. WITH OUT NOTIFYING ME FIRST.I GOT THE USUAL SONG AND DANCE FROM A DEALER WHO SEEMS TO ME IS DESPERATE.SO MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY.PAUL ALSO TOLD ME THE PART WAS DEFECTIVE FROM CHEVY AND GAVE ME THERE #. I CALLED CHEVY TO GET ANOTHER RUN AROUND. THEY WANTED TO GIVE ME ANOTHER DEALER TO USE.I TOLD THEM THE ONLY DEALER I WANT TO GO SEE WOULD BE A TOYOTA . ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Richard and his Staff were awesome to work with. My Trailblazer needed lots of help passing inspection. The Staff worked hard and kept me informed during the process.
