"BEST EMERGENCY service with" Blake Ducasse" Thank You.."

Hands down the most best professional service with a need for a new tire. My tire kept getting low thought it was do to cold weather but then realized a little piece of metal in it. I called and they got me in within the same hour when I hung up the phone and had driven down to them. Blake Ducasse took SUCH GOOD CARE of my situation being I needed a ride home and not having me waiting there all afternoon for the tire we needed. We talked in the mid afternoon and was able to personality deliver it to me cause I had no ride but surprised me not with just the delivery but it looked like it just came off the showroom floor it was so clean they washed it to :} I lease with buick and so glad Terry Servone and I discussed when getting into the lease for a few extra dollars a month coverage for these kinds of issues. TY Terry:} and Craig making it a point to say hello to and chit chat everyone is so friendly there. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over my years and wish I found them many many years ago." 7am appt 15671mi car pre diagnosed fuel pump issue still covered by factory warranty.. Can't determine what the issue is won't know till mon the earliest.. Received call @ 130 asking what kind of fuel I put in it .. It's a flex fuel vehicle in which I've only used e85 since my purchase at roughly 1500 miles.. Somehow someway I feel the shaft coming about a nonwarrantable issue ... My factory warranty is up @50,000 or Feb .. Feb will come first as I'm primarily a weekend driver.. Its just disconcerting that the dealer service dept says it doesn't know what it is after having my vehicle all day.. And are dismissing the diagnosed problem.. Juries still out fingers crossed..

"Friendly, no presure sales department"

When I entered the showroom, I was dropping my 2009 Saab 9.3 convertible for a minor service appt. Then I spotted a Cascada. It was a beauty! The Karp sales team had told me that Buick was coming out with a convertible in 2016 and this was my first view of one. Since I couldn't get a new Saab I was delighted with what I saw. When I returned to pick up my car the floor model was gone. I was told "They're selling like hot cakes", and was asked if I'd like to take a test drive. I did and I loved it. I ordered one that day. A service appt. turned into a sale! Coincidentally, I leased my new Cascada on May 18, the exact date I had bought my Saab there in 2009. I really like the people at Karp and leasing a car from the people I know is a real plus. Their service department is excellent and the ambiance in the waiting area very inviting. They also have shuttle service which is most convenient. Kudos to my sales lady, Adda Sjoberg, who guided me, answered my questions, and never pushed me into a decision. Any time I have a question about my new car she is there to answer it. Karp is the place to shop for a car! They are with you for as long as you have the vehicle.
