When I entered the showroom, I was dropping my 2009 Saab 9.3 convertible for a minor service appt. Then I spotted a Cascada. It was a beauty! The Karp sales team had told me that Buick was coming out with a convertible in 2016 and this was my first view of one. Since I couldn't get a new Saab I was delighted with what I saw. When I returned to pick up my car the floor model was gone. I was told "They're selling like hot cakes", and was asked if I'd like to take a test drive. I did and I loved it. I ordered one that day. A service appt. turned into a sale! Coincidentally, I leased my new Cascada on May 18, the exact date I had bought my Saab there in 2009. I really like the people at Karp and leasing a car from the people I know is a real plus. Their service department is excellent and the ambiance in the waiting area very inviting. They also have shuttle service which is most convenient. Kudos to my sales lady, Adda Sjoberg, who guided me, answered my questions, and never pushed me into a decision. Any time I have a question about my new car she is there to answer it. Karp is the place to shop for a car! They are with you for as long as you have the vehicle.
