I wanted to thank you for providing excellent service during my two recent visits with my 2000 BMW M-Coupe. It was refreshing to be able to leave my car in "good hands" with an obviously well trained mechanic and know that all the service will be handled in a very professional manner.

I’m very skeptical of dealerships, as I’m sure many are, but I got a really good vibe when my son & I walked in here. The dealership was very neat & clean. I spoke with Anthony on the phone & in person. He was very knowledgeable and courteous, not pushy. We ended up purchasing the vehicle that we came in to see and that my son was very interested in, a few days later. The process was very smooth and efficient. We got a really good, quality car, with low mileage and fair pricing. I’m very pleased with my experience at Car Tech Enterprise.

Looking for BMW Z3 01' or 02'. Bob said they had one but it was sold. Then said it was contingent on a test drive? Said he would call me back either way that afternoon. After not hearing from him I called. Said deal was 99% done but thought they might be getting another one in. This is basically a collectors car that I have cash for. I had bought one new in 01 but had to give up my "toy" until my kids were grown. Can now afford my toy. Bob called back with "great news" next morning. Deal fell through because dash cover was faded by sun? Z3's don't have a dash cover. It would cost $3500 to replace and dealership was not willing to pay for it. To make a long story with a lot of ???? short drove 45 miles to test drive a piece of junk! I know the car well and they personally destroyed any chance they had of selling it. They tore off a leather cover that someone had put on. Glue was all over the dash. The wood grain interior was coming off. The electric top, it's a roadster, didn't work and Bob didn't even know it was electric. He did know it didn't open. He is rude, unscrupulous, and doesn't have a clue about his product. Basically everyone's worst idea of a used car salesman. I'll just keep doing my due diligence. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Highly recommend people do a lot of research on people and dealers that sell new or used cars. Bought a lot of both and the stories I have you wouldn't want to hear. Thankfully only actually bought one lemon when I was very young. Color me older and wiser.

This place if full of crooks and liars. Just bad customer service overall. Dealership like this is why people have such a hatred for all dealerships. I work at a dealership myself and stated that to the " sales manager" who i was dealing with (Joseph). I live in NJ so it is a far trip, i asked all the questions needed and at first the guy seemed respectful and honest. He said " there are no other fees other than a 295 doc fee, tax, and motor vehicle charge". So I made an appt, drove 1 & 1/2 hrs to NY, filled out credit and patiently waited about 3 hours for an approval . When they finally brought me into the finance office they tried to tack on a $1995 "certification fee" to the list price. The salesman acted like he didn't know. The manager didn't do anything to make it right. They all lied straight through their teeth. I even said i would be ok with a $1400 additional charge (so just a 600 dollar difference than what they wanted) just to get the car and get out of there. But they wouldn't budge at all. Again at first the salesman, dealership, and all seemed great. Until it came time to sign papers and that's where ALL the lies/jokes/ and xxxxxxxx came to the surface. I have never been so disrespected by a dealership and their staff before like this. BEWARE TO ALL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Unless you are ok with being played and going in there knowing you will be paying $2-3k more than list price. I never leave reviews, but after this experience i had to.

Submitted an application for credit online and was contacted by Martina just after Christmas 2012. Very nice on the initial consult. Once all the information was collected I was on my way. Over the next few days worked on getting a car that would work with the loan agreement. At this point we had been handed off to Lou since Martina was very busy. We were shown a nice 2010 Hyundai Elantra that was very nice with the exception of a few costmetic dings inside the car. We were shown a good record of service and the vehicle had only 5000 miles on it so we decided to buy it and were told that there was a warranty in effect on the car until September or 36000 miles, which ever came first. About 3 months after purchasing the car I noticed flakes of paint comming off the car, so I contacted the dealership and was told that I would have to take it to a Hyundai dealer. Fine enough with me since it was still under warranty. Well apparently the car had been painted so the representation that it was still under warranty was false. The service guy was able to tell it had been painted from about 15 feet away so why couldn't the dealer. He even pointed out the tape line and sure enough under the mirror there was making tape. He said that the prep job was really poor and even pointed out dirt stuck under the paint.I figured the dealer didn't want to warranty the work and was making things up so I took it to 2 other shops in the area which all said the same thing. So now I'm stuck with a nice car that needs a paint job to 1 whole side of the car which will cost me around 1600 from the dealer, which was "warrantied". Buyer Beware. Stay Away.

My experience at Eastchester Motors was a PHENOMENAL one. Initially assisted by Rob but taken over by the manager Keathon. Words cannot describe how helpful and transparent he was. He was extremely knowledgeable, wise, and caring. He broke down the finance part of the deal in extreme detail to a first time car buyer (my daughters mom) to the point I wish I could rewind time and purchase my first and second car from him. This is by far the best customer service experience I’ve ever been apart of. It’s extremely ironic that a car buying experience is almost always a stressful, but Keathon was able to turn it into the complete opposite. I really appreciate what he's done for my family and what I learned from him as a man. Will forever have a relationship with Eastchester Motors because of him and his representative Rob. Bought a Ford Escape, told it was 100%,less than 300 miles later the spring shot through the back wheel well, all rotors and breaks were replaced and it’s rear axle started leaking profusely. When I returned to the shop to have it repaired they told me it was my problem and I wasn’t getting my money back.
